MOTIVA CONTACT CENTER Review

As much as i would like to give this place 0 stars Motiva was actually fortunate to gain 2 stars from me. The young lady who takes your phone call is great! The interview process was simple and easy if you can fill out a application and type accurately. The unfortunate part actually comes from the recruiting/HR dept. There is lack of communication and the unwillingless to help others. Although my direct supervisor was awesome it was very difficult for me to move forward when the most important department in any company (HR) has a huge lack of communication and lacks the ability to deal with people. Please beware what you sign and always make sure what you sign is accurate. It was very unfortunate as i was extremely excited and grateful for the opportunity. Although this was my experience I hope this review will help someone not have the same. HR was very receptive to the feedback however first impression is key for me and when my HR department cant communicate that is a huge problem and red flag for me .

So i have been working here for 2 months now and so far the people who work here have been really cool, supervisors and managers are understanding if you have a personal or government issue that needs to be addressed and let you go to take care of documents processes etc...
Regarding the work is not the best in campaigns, but they pay good and have several campaigns, not all of them call center but also data mining, that is good if you dont like speaking over the phone that much.
I think the people who leave 1 star reviews probably got fired, and i haven't seen anyone being fired by some BS reason, if you dont come to work every day or arrive stoned out of your mind of course they are gonna have no other option but to fire you.
TLDR: Good call center to work at, many campaigns to chose from, installations are good fun work environment.

Good place to work for people full time Monday to Friday ... and rest weekends ... relaxed atmosphere !!!

Everyone was very nice, only issue was they're computers not working, forcing me to submit my application trough my phone, lol

Seems pretty nice had an interview, got the job, I was supposed to start following day. My car had an elecgrical issue, I worked on it all day. I was embarrased to call them and tell them, so I just didn't show up or call. I bet it would have been a great place to work at.

I left Baja call center, for the obvious reasons. I am now at Motiva. The work is different, and I don't anticipate the same issues I had at Baja and Task Us.

I do not like the treatment they give their employees. They do not value their interests

I work here now, it's a good place to be, I mean they don't rush you, RH is always polite and nice to me, never had no problems with any one here, so long.

Another shady center. you clowns still owe me my last pay check.
