I forget the guys name who came out but he was very polite and even wore a mask even though he didn t come in. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with what he had to say and do.
They responded faster than I expected. They stressed the urgency over my maintenance and had a tech over in the same day! Appreciate them for their quick response to my claim.
First Poni was not the problem. The problem was Motili. Terrible experience. AC issue, took 7 days to resolve. Took way too long to resolve an AC problem in FL. 90 degrees!!!! Health hazard. Given, a lot of the delay was the home warranty company, but still. The lack of protectiveness from Motili was disappointing. Will never recommend. Need to understand the impacts of heat living in FL. Motili didn't care, even after numerous follow ups.

One of the Best Service experience all the way around from appointment setting to the technician. All solved on one visit. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell he loved what he does as he was extremely helpful with providing me information on how to Complete Maintenance to add long life to our HVAC.
Work was done in a timely manner. Being new to this house that AC problems were unexpected. Blanton and Son Heating and Cooling came to us via the home warranty we purchased were a welcome sight. Paul did professional work that fixed the problem. I highly recommend Blanton & Son Heating and cooling.
Terrible experience so far. Location Chicago, found out furnace not operating in mid October and it has been more than a week since that last technician came to my place. Motili worked with HWA, a home owner warranty company. I have called both of them multiple times, spent probably 5 or 6 hours on phone last week, heard so many stories, reasons, excuses, standard procedures, etc. In short, they are waiting on each other! Both sounds reasonable but the truth is, nobody is repairing my furnace and the weather forecast says the temperature will drop below 20 this weekend! I don't know how these two company work together and for god's sake i really don't want to know, so i m just gonna give both of them the worst rating i can.
The technician was very helpful! He serviced our old old unit and got it working much better. Kept us from buying a new one! He was quick, polite and thorough.
