Recently restored, it shines in all its architectural beauty and releases all the charm linked to centuries of ... monstrous visits. The temple of classical music of the last century, absolutely to be attended, perhaps to attend one of the many shows on the bill. The concert hall, with the Great Organ on stage and the images of the greats on the walls, is a real place of worship. Entranced.

A beautiful noble place reflecting a long history of Russian passion for classical music. The concert of the Russian national orchestra was simply amazing. Strongly recommend to visit for any concert. The tickets are easy to get from the website or directly from the box office.

BZK - a large hall of the conservatory.
Favorite place for all students of musicians, where they always give selective concerts, famous musicians perform, and most importantly, admission is free for students at a music university or art university! :) And so the prices for concerts are adequate. On the balcony (where, by the way, the sound is better) tickets can be purchased from 200 to 600 rubles!
You can go to the gallery even cheaper (where students without crowds are usually crowded.
The hall is very beautiful, aesthetically pleasing!
If you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of classical music, you can t find a better place in Moscow!

"Since childhood, I love this hall, cozy, stylish. Always good concerts. Another grandmother told me that this building was supposed to house the Meyerhold Theater, which was engaged in the arrangement of the hall, placing the auditorium in the form of a Greek amphitheater. In 1940, the unfinished theater building the philharmonic society was transferred and the concert hall was opened, while the hall itself was practically not reequipped. I always heard about acoustic holes, but never had my seats in them. Recently I was at a sold-out concert, there were several tickets available in the second-tier balcony. The acoustics are excellent, but there is no visibility. I believe that the Directorate of the Philharmonic Society violates the rights of consumers by not posting information on the site "uncomfortable places", as theaters respecting themselves and their spectators do. row. Are the places in the center have a distance to the railing of a more outstretched hand, but for what reason is a rusty mesh tense? Does the management think that someone is putting bags or some things on the railing? There were no such eccentrics among my neighbors, but we all had the opportunity to see musicians on the stage just by sitting on the edge of the chair and stretching the neck. Sitting in such a position is difficult for a long time, so they saw musicians either through the net or with their heads bowed through the bars. It was a distraction from listening to the concert, so I also looked at shabby walls and oil-painted "Uncle Vasya" handrails on the principle of "tyap-lyap". Such a hall in the center of Moscow is visited by hundreds of thousands of people. It's time to do repairs and think about people !!!! "

Wonderful sounding of music, was at the concert of the Academic Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments named after Nekrasov. The polite staff of the conservatory are people who love what they do. Beauty of interiors.

Great place. I went to study abroad here, and I was very happy that the people involved in the school kindly guided me. The beauty of Rachmaninoff Hall and the large hall is a masterpiece. The stained glass in the large hall is said to have been repaired by collecting debris from what was once broken.

The opportunity to be invited to the stakeholders here is about twice so far, the first time I went with a concert directed by Fedoseev.
If you are a student at the Conservatory here you can enter the concert free of charge.
It is a wonderful place. It is also a place to feel the history. There is value at a glance, please come and visit.
About 10 to 15 minutes walking from the red square.
Although it seems to be anywhere as a university institution in Russia, there are difficulties in the toilet and attention.

Accurately speaking, this mark is the Grand Concert Hall of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory. The symphony performance was released at the Grand Concert Hall. It was very good. The ticket office at the entrance can be used by UnionPay. On both sides of the first floor are the clothes store, with the statue of Tchaikovsky in the middle and the toilet behind. Into the concert hall, you must climb the stairs to the second floor pool or three floors of ordinary seats. The sound of the concert hall itself is very good. There is a snack bar on the mezzanine between the first floor and the second floor. There are a lot of people waiting in the concert during the interval, only cash settlement can not be swiped!

Amazing place, especially the Great Hall. Performing here is an honor for musicians from all over the world. Sometimes you can get for a symbolic amount, if not for free at a very high level concert.
For example, on June 7, 2019, graduates of previous years, including world celebrities, performed at a free concert devoted to the fiftieth edition of the Conservatory. Each class presented at least one graduate, and the concert turned out to be surprisingly diverse.
There are two drawbacks: the very long ascent of the stairs to the amphitheater can be tiring, especially for the elderly. There is no elevator, and it s incomprehensible how people with disabilities can reach the top.
The second minus: this is the audience. During the four-hour concert, all the mobile phones were ringing, causing a desire to push their owners into the ... ear. It is clear that among the public there are many grandmothers who are not friends with the technology, but really it is impossible to learn how to turn off the sound during a concert, remembering how to press two buttons?

The hall with wonderful acoustics, located in a historical building, give excellent concerts of classical and jazz music. You can listen to both solo performances and concerts of symphony and chamber orchestras.

About 15 minutes walk from Red Square. It's like a concert every day in the hall. A favorite destination for me who loves Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov. The piano sounds of the students are spilling out. There was a Rachmaninov Hall, and I couldn't put it in, so I only looked at the entrance. Exit the front and walk to the right, you will find a small entrance.

Excellent location on the ground floor of a restaurant with water. It attracts officials from all over Moscow and athletes with stools. Booze and culture = atmosphere. New format of cultural institutions!

After every visit to the conservatory, I arrive in a great mood.
In small and large halls, I prefer seats on the balcony, the whole stage is visible, which allows me to observe each musician and instrument.
Organ concerts are a separate delight.

Great place to listen to classical music, great acoustics. A small flaw - some places are actually on a long bench, the number of seats is distributed tightly - as a result, sitting closely even with normal dimensions.

According to its acoustic characteristics, the Great Hall of the Conservatory is considered one of the best in the world. World-famous soloists and musical groups perform here. The Great Hall is the venue for music festivals and competitions (including since 1958 - the International Tchaikovsky Competition).

In the Moscow of the ballets and concerts, there are two mandatory visits that stand out on the many and very good offers remaining: The Great Theater (Bolshoi) and the Conservatory
This second, if not as internationally known as the first, offers us a select program, throughout the year, very varied and with world-renowned interpreters and soloists.
The acoustic conditions of the venue are impressive and its usual audience are people with a great musical culture who know how to choose what they want to hear
Do not miss it, choose your program and you will enjoy a time to remember

Beauty, good sound, it would be interesting to listen to a rock concert in such a hall with an orchestra. It's nice that we have such cultural objects that bring pure and bright to the masses. I wish you a new and bright. We will wait for cool things from our musicians and guests to visit :)
