Mosaic is such an awesome company - their products are incredible, tech support is quick to reply, and they keep coming out with more and more cool stuff. Can't wait to see what Palette 3 can do!

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with...

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with for troubleshooting. I have asked for help again and again. Yet I get nothing. The Palette 2 was the most expensive piece of junk injabe purchased in a long time. I thought I did enough research on the product and the company. I was sorely mistaken.

I would not recommend doing business with them. Ever.

Edit to update:
In order to get any response from this company I was forced to leave a bad review and threaten a chargeback. All solutions offered by company below were tried prior to the leaving of this review.

What a bunch of lying cheating dishonest people an...

What a bunch of lying cheating dishonest people and that is before you take into account their product does not work as described. Should be a class action started shortly against these clowns.

The dishonestly and lies starts at the top with Chris the owner and CEO and goes all the way down the customer service team to Johnny. This company lies on a daily basis, their product does not come even close to the sale pitch let alone the numbers on the box. When they are called out on their lies they try to distract and smoke screen their way out of the lie, if there is no way out they just ban you. The product has numerous design faults and simple engineering flaws all the way through the product, there are $76 worth of components being sold for $700 which is a rip-off and made worse by the fact the product fails constantly. Mosaic and Chris expect us as customers to pay for the fault repairs and parts they have released to address "some" of the faults in the product, this is another $130 customers have to pay to fix parts that that don't work now, if you have a warranty return you won't be getting replacement "fixed" parts, they will issue you the old faulty ones even though it will just fail again.

I run a professional 3D printing service with 80+ printers. We use the Palette for fusing short spools back into larger more usable spools. The product has very good potential but there is zero reliability - expect all sorts of filament jams and we wouldn't ever recommend leaving this unattended or you may likely end up with a mess of wasted filament. I can usually forgive minor technical issues with new and innovative products but the main reason for our poor review is their poor customer support. Every order we have placed ships extremely late, doesn't have the correct parts, or doesn't arrive at all. The combination of terrible reliability and worse customer support means we have product that is broken 50% of the time and waiting for parts the other 50%.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THERE ARE NO RETURNS. I bought the Palette 2S Pro and the CANVAS Hub S, only to find out that the CANVAS Hub S is not compatible with Ultimaker printers (even though it's advertised that they are). When I asked to return the product because it did not work with my system, they refused and told me to jerry-rig the system with a raspberry pi and a third-party software. Then they told me I should have paid attention to the fine print on their 'compatibility' page. Now I'm stuck with a $140 paper weight. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

The best investment I ve ever made for my 3D print...

The best investment I ve ever made for my 3D printer, I haven t been this excited to see how my models turned out since I bought the printer itself. The only times I ve ever had issues with slicing have been my own fault (I.e. forgetting to do splice tuning between filament brands, materials, etc.), but other than that, I ve had multiple 24hr+ prints back to back and never once had an issue.

Even the packaging makes it immediately apparent that Mosaic really cares about the customer experience. Customer service is incredibly responsive and the only issue I ve ever had was fixed within hours.

Can t recommend their products enough!

I love this company!!! There products are amazing ...

I love this company!!! There products are amazing for the value! I 100% recommend this product to anybody with a 3D printer. This is the best multi material multi colour 3D printing product out there. There customer support rep Jonny is a life saver.
