I was referred to Mortgage Bridge through a friend, and after having initial discussion with Kasturi I decided to proceed with my mortgage application with Mortgage Bridge. Kasturi was very professional and helpful throughout the process and helped explain the implications of different approaches.

Please make sure they can get the job done before giving any retainer ( which other brokers dont even ask for). Even if they cant get the job done, your retainer is gone. When its the time to get your money back, their tone is completely different. Just heads up, i lost $1000 and the deal didn't come through.
