I was referred to Mortgage Bridge through a friend, and after having initial discussion with Kasturi I decided to proceed with my mortgage application with Mortgage Bridge. Kasturi was very professional and helpful throughout the process and helped explain the implications of different approaches.
We finally secured our mortgage at a very competent rate and higher amount of funding to take care of some home renovations.
The closing experience this time was WAAYY better than my closing experience on my last home with another agent.. Highly recommend them and would say stop searching elsewhere, these are the guys you would want to work with!!
