I have been calling this agency with no response. What is going on

This agency tries to scam people into paying an installment fee for fire insurance without having a policy with them. They send a letter of an amount due of one of three payments that doesn't even add up to there full "so-called" full annual payment. My issue with this agency shouldn't even exist because my policy doesn't exist with this agency.

Unfortunately someone is submitting negative reviews regarding Morstan General Agency Inc. , David Giuiffre and Steven Blutstein . similar reviews have been posted to 5 other insurance agencies as well. While placing business with Morstan I found the staff helpful and intuitive with the nuances of many types of commercial products. The agency has the pen to several hard to get specialty carriers. Many of their carriers are admitted. A major plus.
In this cyber age of trolls it is easy to spread negative things about anyone with out repercussions. I deeply apologize that your agency has been dragged into something you have nothing to do with.

Morstan has excellent markets. Underwriters are on top of things. If you have a risk you need to place Morstan is a go to wholesaler. Highly recommended.

does this agency still on business i tried calling for weeks and there is not answer, i end up changing to another company

This company Morstan General Agency is one of the worst companies in the world they don t answer the phone and there is no other way to communicate with them I have called them every single day more than 20 time each day and no answer at all This is unbelievable And listen to this I m not the only one I am 100% sure that there are a lot of people like me complaining about this agency.

My policy went up 25% and the past month and I'm trying to refinance I have called every single day to speak to someone about this situation and the phones are not working. I have no way of reaching anyone but my policy payment is due. How can no one realize the lines are not working. I realize everyone may be working from him but if no one is getting any calls. Absurd and disappointing.
