My policy went up 25% and the past month and I'm trying to refinance I have called every single day to speak to someone about this situation and the phones are not working. I have no way of reaching anyone but my policy payment is due. How can no one realize the lines are not working. I realize everyone may be working from him but if no one is getting any calls. Absurd and disappointing.
