The equipment and products from the plant appear to be of better quality from the time that I used to work there (Cleveland) in 1973. It was my first summer job in a U.S. manufacturing plant . To see that the plant is still surviving today in this globalised era makes me really proud. I would also like to record my appreciation to Mr RB for introducing me to experience working there as a summer 'intern'.

Very poor communication, lack of organization, and no sense of urgency. I had a 4pm pickup appointment on Friday, and I m still sitting in the dock nine hours later (and counting) waiting on product to be made for my load. Needless to say, I won t ever come back to this place assuming I ever get out of here.

For the most part, the employees and supervisor are very friendly and helpful. But as far as ownership goes, the front office is totally clueless as to the tyrannical institution that is conducted under Patrick Einloth and his cronies in Human Resources (Connie and Mike). I speak from first hand accounts because I was an former employee who was terminated under false pretenses that totally went against the company policy. Then, when attending my grievance meeting with union representatives, the company representatives (Patrick, Connie, and Mike) still tried to justify their trumped up reasons behind my termination. Speaking of the union, the people in which you pay dues to, are pretty much in bed with the employer so don t expect them to do anything for you when you need them to. Overall, that establishment will always have a counterproductive environment as long as that regime stays in place.

I came 2:30pm had appointment at 4:30 pm for pick up on Friday 12/18/20. Now, it is 11:pm and still not done loading. I have never seen like this place ever. Stay away from here please. Wow wow very bad place to pick up a load.

No overnight parking, little inside room to maneuver. 6 docks but only use 2, loading takes 2 or so hours, do NOT arrive early, you will wait until your appointment time.

Update
10/9/20
Loaded here again checked in with Brian, super friendly, assigned me a dock right away. Went back in to ask Brian a question and dock guy went off on me for backing into dock without asking.. lil misunderstanding, but I explained I talked to Brian, then walked away after he said some stuff lol.. I understand it's frustrating dealing with drivers, so I chalk it up as he's having a bad day.
But there still not much room in yard, if your early u can sneak and park on waterloo where the construction is. Probably room for 4 or so trucks. Get off at 180a spots on offramp too. Don't bother calling they won't answer unless u know peoples names.

I work in the lab with three other technicians. The lab is a very hostile work environment. Childish games are played there everyday. I was threatened by one of the techs within my first month of working there. One of them even mess with my car. Come to find out that the games and messing with other employees in the lab has been going on for years and nothing is done about it. Only excuses by management is made. Everyday there is like working with three teenage bullies. Very unprofessional. Also far right politics run this company. If it wasn't for the contract that I signed to hire me in, I would have been gone after my third week.
