If I could give them no stars I would because that s what they deserve. They protect the sellers and not the buyers so buyers beware. I bought 4 vehicles, 3 treadmills, 3 bookcase, and a host of sewing machines and guess what? One vehicle I was sold doesn t even have a legible vin number present and their advice to me was to get a Machanic to check the frame . 2 vehicles ran hot and none of the treadmills I bought even run. I bet the sewing machines don t work either. These people auction off junk and if you don t pay you are barred but they don t even have the professional courtesy to make sure the bidder leaves with the property they won the bid on. Very saddened by my 7 k loss .

To your reply. I didn t know we could have come to check out the merchandise the day before. I wish I had known. It do would have saved me from buying all the junk you guys auctioned off. However, it is a reasonable assumption that you would not be auctioning off merchandise for a seller without at least making sure the vin numbers match the title. So, basically you just saying you just help sellers sale stuff without actually knowing if they have a right to or can sell what they selling. Buyer be aware with these folks.

As an attorney I have dealt with many unscrupulous folks. I had a disagreement with the owner due to a problem outside of his control. I think it is in times of conflict that integrity shows through. Mr. Morris struck me as a an honest fellow who was motivated to do the right thing by his customers. We were able to work through the issue, largely due to Mr. Morris motivation to be reasonable and a problem solver. I would trust Morris Realty to do a fair and honest job auctioning my belongings. Likewise, I feel comfortable doing business with him. He turned an unfortunate episode into a fair outcome for all parties involved. Finally, I found the staff to be very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend Morris Realty & Auction for all of your real estate and auction needs.

Skip Miller with Morris Realty is amazing! He is polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate! He is an exceptional Realtor and person! Skip worked diligently to find the home that fit our description of the home we were looking for. We could not have asked for better help in the Memphis area! Jeff was amazing to work with and far exceeded our expectations!

My sister recently died and her entire family lives out of town. We needed to sell her house and contents. Her house was in pretty good shape but just needed a few minor things fixed. Being from out of town, we did not have the ability to prepare the house for a standard sales process. The guys at Morris helped us in every way and it was a pleasure.

They did some things to help with the estate paperwork that was above and beyond the normal. They came in and took pictures of all the contents and placed them at an online auction. This was much better than a on site auction as we were not dependent on the weather and space for people at an on site auction. After the auction the house was cleared and then Morris managed a onsite auction for the house. We accepted a cash offer that I consider a very fair offer considering we did not have to go thru those home inspections where a inspector nitpicks every little thing. We paid a reasonable comission on the contents auction and the house sales comission was paid thru a buyers premimum so we received exactly what the house was sold for. The buyers premimum although we did not have to pay it was aproximately
proportanate to a standard sales commission.

My family came to Tennessee from Florida and were on the market to buy a home. We got in touch with Hunter Morris from Morris Auction Group as our realtor. He was the best asset to our successful purchase of a home in Millington. He listened to our requests on what we were looking for then immediately produced a list of potential houses. We toured at least a dozen properties all around the memphis area over the course of 6 months. Hunter always made us feel like his number one priority and his knowledge of the area was exactly what we needed as new residents of Tennessee. We finally found our home in March of 2016 and couldn't be happier. I also participated in one of their online auctions as a customer, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the website and accuracy of the inventory. I ended up buying an entire bedroom set that I loved for a price that was even more enticing. The gentlemen there even helped us load it up. Everyone at the office was fantastic!
Fast Forward to August, my parents decided to come to Tennessee and I recommended Hunter as their realtor and WA-LAH, he came through again and did an outstanding job helping them find their perfect home.
