Incredible place! They were the only daycare that would take puppies as young as 8 weeks, so what started as a necessity became a preference ! Excellent staff , facilities, services. You name it, it s top tier. My pup gets excited when I say ready to go to camp? every morning. 10/10 would recommend.
We have been taking our Goldendoodle (Willow) to MAI since she was about 12 weeks old. She started in the puppy daycare and has since graduated to regular daycare. MAI is one of the few (maybe the only?) place around here that actually takes puppies as young as 8 weeks old.
We selected MAI because of great recommendations from friends, and from our dog trainer. In fact, our friends mentioned that they would not take their dog anywhere else but here.
The staff is wonderful and very caring. The facility seems fantastic, though because of COVID we haven't seen anything inside.
The front desk is very responsive, whether we call or text. The daycare handlers are always happy to see the dogs. And more importantly, the dogs are excited to be there.
Willow immediately gets alert and excited when we pull up to the front/ She can't wait to get out! And when we leave, she often turns around and wants to go right back in :)
We are glad we found MAI, and very grateful to the staff for taking such good care of Willow.
The facilities are really nice and so are the people. I boarded my kitten for one night as a trial run for an upcoming, longer trip away. I was disappointed that there were no webcams within the suites particularly since the only update you get is a somewhat vague text message. You also have to pay for anything beyond the actual boarding (scheduled play time, an extra feeding...etc). The sheer size of the place also makes me wonder how much time each pet
actually gets which is disappointing considering the "all in" cost of services.
We left our puppy Charlie with the team at Morris Animal Inn for his first boarding experience after a referral from a friend. We are so happy with our decision to do so. Charlie loved being there and the staff was so friendly. We look forward to our next experience there!
I have been using Morris Animal Inn for over 10 years. They took great care of my first dog and now take great care of my puppy. I never worry about them while I'm away. The staff is very good with all kinds of dogs.
Never had any problems, they treat the dogs and cats like the are theirs.
My Tucker loves Morris Animal Inn (MAI)! It's the only place I can take him where he literally RUNS from me without looking back.
A neighbor recommended MAI, and since attending, Tucker's confidence, social, and training skills have grown and grown. First, he attended MAI's Puppy Academy Program, where puppies only play with puppies to gain social and training skills. Then at 5-months of age, he graduated to a group of dogs matching his size and playstyle. Initially, I used MAI for Puppy Academy for socialization and puppy manners training. But due to his positive response, I have expanded the use of all their services; including, Boarding, Training, Bathing & Grooming in an environment where he is happy and trusting.
Tucker even knows 'MAI' by name; therefore, when it's a Daycare Day, I just tell him he is going for a ride to "Visit MAI and puppies," and I have his complete attention not to mention the attention of his happy, wagging tail.
In the mornings, we are on our way to MAI, and when we turn into the MAI driveway, Tucker pops-up and begins to bark and cry with excitement until he is scooped up and on his way inside with one of their caregivers.
MAI is quite simply my peace-of-mind and his favorite place.
MAI has become such a valuable part of Tucker's life and my support system for his care I literally could not take him anywhere else.
Very caring and professional. I felt absolutely certain our dog was in very good hands. Not cheap, but they deliver excellent service, so worth it!
My senior dog comes home chipper and with a happy gait. At other places she has boarded I have had to use a sling to help her walk after. Clearly they do a great job with her senior hips.
We love the Morris Animal Inn! Our very energetic boxer has been going since she s a baby and now she s 1! She absolutely loves playing with her friends and getting her energy out during playcare. Whenever we need to leave our pup overnight or for a few days, we have peace of mind that she s well cared for and getting plenty of attention. The staff is extremely professional and really loves what they do. We are thankful for MIA!
My dog loves going to daycare at Morris Animal Inn! They offer activities, they even have a pool for the dogs! Everyone you speak to is very pleasant and helpful, they will give you updates about how your dog is doing when you call them. They also have activities and parties for the dogs and will take photos. The photographer takes great pictures by the way. I love it and to me it s worth the money sending her there. If there was one thing I would change it would be to have cameras for the parents to watch them while they play or hang out but I call a couple of times and they give me updates so it s something I can live with! I highly recommend Morris Animal Inn!!
