The consultant I met was lovely but perhaps a little inexperienced. I applied for a position she felt I was over qualified for and she had no reservation is saying, the company are looking for a 20 something year old graduate.
I'm convinced she had no idea she discriminated me based on age and, that that type of discrimination is illegal.

She tried to sell me a post for another company in a different field however, I had already lost faith in her abilities. Age discrimination is serious and my firat and only interaction told me that Morgan Spencer is either unaware of current recruitment legislation or worse, it simply does not care about it.
