Absolutely fantastic Estate Agents! We bought a house through them however they done more for the sale of our house than the Agents we paid. Nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were on the ball. Communication was nothing like we've ever experienced before. If we were to move in the future there is no doubt about it that we would go straight to Morgan Brookes. We cannot thank the team enough for everything they done for us.

I made a half a day trip to view a property on their books. Then I made on offer.. They played me into increasing my offer 3 times.. Then waiting almost 2 months ? To be told ? Some rubbish

Totally unprofessional ! They called me to arrange a viewing on a property this morning. I agreed a time with them after agreeing to cancel an existing appointment that I already had. They emailed me confirmation of the viewing telling me that Charlie would be accompanying me and not only did he not show up but nobody had the decency to even call me or apologise !! SO rude and unprofessional I will not be viewing any more of their properties. And I hope their vendors read this review as they will NOT be impressed !! Total arrogance !!

I am not happy with Morgan and Brookes at all moved in to a property was dirty filthy had not been cleaned I had to clean it my self we then had a a leak from the bath ruined everything so they move down us to a different property so they said they would pay us for the blinds we leave in the old property ( we still haven't received the money ) the new property was also dirty hadent been cleaned we had to get professional cleaners in to clean the place from top to botterm we lived here for 6 months and then handed our notice in on leaving we cleaned the place to the best of our standerds we left it spotless we then got a complaint back from Morgan and Brookes saying it's not clean enough so we went back and cleaned more even tho there was nothing to clean we even washed the windows and then we got a phone call from Morgan and Brookes saying it's still not up to standerds there is a few crumbs and marks we're the sofa has been this is a joke and I am not happy they are doing everything in there will so we do not get our deposit back we have tryed our hardest to clean and it is spotless and the state of it when we moved in was a joke so we are not happy
We arranged for Morgan brookes to sell our house and to buy another met Charlie and lee on a few occasions taking pictures and informing us what's involved and to expect the guys were so polite and Helpful , the office girls were fantastic all the way I dealt with everyone in the office and we had our ups and downs with selling but we could rely on Morgan brookes staff to guide us as was very daunting at times and emotional and tiring but they assured us every step x also like to quote to we do mortgages (Micheal) who got us and set up a fantastic mortgage deal to enable us to buy our house we now live in ,thank you to all of you mentioned would highly recommend

Morgan Brookes were very helpful from start to finish. When we walked into the Benfleet estate agents they were very friendly and eager to help us find the property we were looking for. When we finally found one they kept us updated throughout the whole process and Toni was particularly helpful when it came to chasing our conveyancers, which saved us a lot of hassle. All questions we had were answered promptly.
