They had a technician at our house within an hour. The technician, Tony B., was extremely friendly and explained everything clearly. My five-year-old son is very curious, and Tony explained each step to him as he worked. He made sure our house was cool while we waited for parts to come in to complete the job. My kids were excited to see that it was Tony B. returning to finish the job. Again, he was informative and very kind. Excellent service! I highly recommend Morelli Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.

Mike B., our technician fixed our Carrier gas-pack unit in a flash on one of the coldest night of the year. He went out of his way to show me how to check the unit in the future. Morelli is great!

I should give these guys a 4.5 . The system works great, they were timely and efficient and have no complaints. Very friendly & knowledgeable. However...people make mistakes and they did but fessed up & had someone over within the hour when i called for water coming from the ceiling. This is where the 5.0 rating stops.. The insurance company has a lot to be desired. And I do mean a lot. It has been quite an ordeal to get a solution to all of this. The insurance company made me feel like this was all my fault, trying to depreciate the carpet and its been 44 days and no check. Sentry Ins. gets a 3.. Maybe, I am just used to dealing with Sxxxx Fxxx Insurance.. I don't know but in all of my 31 years with My insurance company I have never been so "Depreciated" . With all the trouble this has put me through, they should be booting up my claim 15% for the trouble.

Expensive maintenance. $125 to come out and diagnose a problem compared to $69 to have Berkeley Heating and Air come out. (Then additional expense to have them come back and actually fix the issue.) Morelli installed our system and has been then one we called for prior service issues, but their current cost just to come out is so far above their competition, I just cannot justify using them any more.

Jesse was another in a consistent line of outstanding technicians to perform service work for us. I've been a customer of Morelli for over 30 years and have never had anything even approaching a bad experience.

Called this morning for service on A/C and duct work and was told it would be 3 months before some one could come out. According to the woman in the service dept they had other customers to take care of . Really 3 months? This isn't rocket science ! I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. And the woman was very rude.

Whole process was great, from quote to installation to follow-up. They've got some great financing options and it's one of the main reason I chose them over competitors. Installation crew was quick, polite and answered my questions thoroughly. My split system was replaced (no new ducts were needed) in just under 7 hours.

Mike has serviced our unit for years and he is the best. Wouldn't go to any one else but Morelli or Mike. Our unit is a gas pack, complicated one and he is brilliant in finding the problem, quickly and getting it up and heating!

We needed our AC fixed as soon as possible, and Morelli sent a tech out within an hour and made the repair right away. Fast, professional service. Highly recommended.

I have been using Morelli Heating and Air for the past 8 years to service and repair my unit. I highly recommend having Victor as your technician! He has just been fantastic. At my home downtown, the unit is on the roof and he knows that unit by heart since he has been the one to mainly service it. I just recently moved into a new home that has 2 units, and Victor was my technician today. I was excited to see his face. Together we discovered where everything is located in the new house. He took care of my new home units and then followed me to the house downtown and made sure that unit was serviced and running perfectly.

Mike Barber came out once again and had another one of our many problems solved. He never leaves us without a direct answer to our problem or he has it resolved in a short matter of time. If you are looking for a great quality company I recommend Morelli and always ask for Mike. He is the best!

Had to have our HVAC unit replaced after 14 years. Randy gave us a quote for several options. We upgraded our system and added a programmable thermostat with internet connection and we could use an app to change the schedule while away if we needed. John did a great job installing the system. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. We are so happy with the new system. 2nd summer with it and our home cools off faster and house gets cooler than previous system when it was new. Efficient and money-saving. Very pleased with service and value. Good family business !

Hands down, the best experience ever with Morelli! Lee was knowledgeable, professional & patiently answered all of my questions. He came and diagnosed the problem, returned the following day to replace a coil and valve, and now my A/C is working better than ever! I highly recommend Morelli! Great team of leaders and all around good people. They re forever going to be my go to for HVAC services!

We recently had our entire unit replaced by Morelli heating & air. The pricing we were given could not be beat by local competitors. From the sales dept to the service men - everything was speedy & professional! The mean who installed our unit worked in the pouring rain for over six hours and never once did I hear a grumble. When they left, you could not even tell they were walking in and out of our home all day. I would recommend Morelli to all friends & family!

Morelli H&A is a great company and it's family owned! Can't say enough good things about Morelli H&A from the office staff, to service manager, and especially the technicians Tony and David. I had been using Berkeley H&A for semi-annual maintenance but not anymore.

Morelli gave a competitive bid for our complete HVAC replacement, installed it and has serviced it expertly and promptly for the last three years. If you're lucky you might get Victor as your maintenance technician: thorough, knowledegable and a pleasure to work with.

Victor was very respectable of me and my home. He was right on time, had a very friendly manner. He went about his job and told me my system was in good shape. I now have a contract with Morelli Air so I hope to see Victor again in the fall. I will recommend Morelli to all my friends.

Johnny was wonderful and very friendly. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was about our system, and with his professionalism.

I purchased a new a/c unit - they seemed nice at first - it came with a warranty - a little over a year later, the capacitor went - they came and replaced it and despite warranty they send bills. Now, not even a year later the capacitor is gone again - they want us to wait three weeks to come out and replace it again. I looked up the Internet. This particular brand has issues with the capacitor and it is a lemon. They really need to exchange the entire unit. After I was tired receiving bills and the secretary telling me it is normal to replace the capacitor annually on their a/c units and I e-mailed my warranty I never heard of them again - except now, on the clock, the capacitor went and they do not stand behind the unit nor behind the capacitor they replaced less than 12 months ago! Buyer Beware!

Always reliable, helpful and professional, they've solved problems with a previous install of a "ductless" HVAC, and also a motor problem we had with our main HVAC unit. They also performed a "replacement install" of a new ductless system (to replace the previous one which couldn't be fixed!), and they did it on schedule, with minimal disruption, too.
They're always prompt and courteous for maint. visits, get the job done and a bit more - - they seem to always outdo themselves every visit! We're very happy with our Maint. contract.
