It took them a while to respond, and even then, the information they provided was vague and unhelpful. While the quality of the product I received was satisfactory, the lack of efficient communication and transparency regarding the delay soured the entire experience. In terms of pricing, it was competitive compared to other similar companies. All in all, I would consider shopping with them again, but I would hope for better customer service next time.
