Sell's flea products that severely burned a dog and refuse to take accountability for it.

The flea drops burnt a dog so badly it has tubes in it, their reaction "SORRY ABOUT THAT" no offer of help with the ongoing bet bills.

Moosebery flea drops clearly states "These drops can be safely applied to your dog's collar to keep away fleas & ticks. Only a small dosage should be used, which means one to two drops" so all of you keyboard warriors (not even the said dogs owners...) need to back off. JF Richardson did not follow the instructions. SURPRISE essential oils can burn skin! #notrocketscience

Products burn pets, company refuses to support pet owners of pets involved.

Burns your pet. Do not ever buy this product. To any pet owner, it will burn your pet and may cause the pet to be put down. I would not advise anyone to use any of these products. Who knows what is in them.

Mooseberry is a wonderful local business that provides quality organic soaps, lotions and many other body care products. The artisan soaps are the BEST- and the only soaps my family uses. Was brand loyal to a mainstream brand soap for most of my life, but will never go back after using Mooseberry! Knowing they use only natural and organic ingredients in their products makes all the difference!
