No spares like coolant for Suzuki vitara 2019. Too poor spares availability after sales and if any vehicle is standardized for fast moving parts it is regreted to own a car whose service cannot be utalized for the purpose it has been purchased.

The number does not work as no one answers there p...

The number does not work as no one answers there phones so unprofessional. The service agent did tell me about my breaks now they want to charge me extra to have my breaks sorted out, they don't care about customers they just want to make money and don't care about there customers safety in there vehicles I wonder if they even do the services on the vehicles correctly

I used Suzuki services, stuff very helpful, bad waiting rooms with a drinking water which is the worst ever, simply fridge cheap tap water and no toilet. the answer from the owners always helpful. Suzuki problem is the services.

GMC vehicles dealer in Oman & where I get my vehicle serviced, the sales man's & engineers they are not that strong technically, also after five years from the date of purchasing my GMC Sierra Denali below the list of problems I had with my vehicle.

1. Transmission shuddering & harsh shifting & jerking started after 70,000 service before the vehicle completes two years & was fixed at 80,000 service under warranty, they changed the torque converter & transmission fluid flush.

2. Shock Obsorber start to leak after transmission problem fixed before the vehicle completes three years, & the refused to replace them under warranty with an excuse that shocks are considered as consumable items, sorry but this is not the first time I own vehicle, for the last twenty years I owned four vehicles plus family vehicles & non of them had shocks leak in three years, I had a feeling that if I replace them with new OEM the problem will occur again so I decided to replace them with aftermarket market shock & I wasn't wrong about my feeling because leter I meet one of the customer who replaced his shocks with the dealer & came back for same problem.

3. Radiator leak replaced under warranty.

4. Ac blower was making noise & replaced under warranty.

5. Transmission problem again, & my vehicle is still under warranty but they refused this time to fix it under warranty with an excuse of that they need to do transmission fluid flush again & use different ATF oil so I complained in PACP & now the case send to the court because we didn't reach to any fair settlement.

Where is the credibility?

Two of my sisters as well they own different models of GMC Terrain & Acadia they had also different type of problems.
