Smart meters were installed with us last Tuesday. Called on time. Electricity meter was a breeze. But the gas meter was a job for at least a snake person in our 17th-century and hundred-times-rebuilt house. After some back and forth calling started and nicely succeeded. Was a top mechanic and also very nice and very service conscious. He did not leave until everything worked as it should. I never do reviews but Sel Hajoui from Dynniq made me happy.

Very bad company. They would come between 10.30 and 12.00 to install a smart meter. At 12.30 there is no one yet. By calling us to their office we are later called back that they are not coming because they do not have a good smart meter in the car. So they made a mistake that sent us hired people to a location for free. They also do not call. By calling us they start to think that maybe someone is waiting somewhere.
The technician himself now calls that he is not coming because he does not have the authority to install the electric meter now and to come back later with the correct smart gas meter.
So we have to go to this building again. Then you think if it is a decent company that they will meet the costs FORGET IT. SCANDALOUS.
