COVID crazy. They do not test their staff for covid. They only do temperature checks when their staff checks in to the office.
My mother, who has stage 4 brain cancer and was covid positive and asymptomatic in week 6 was briefly cared for by Moorestown nursing in her 6th week of being covid positive and asymptomatic. I requested that all their staff wear an n95 mask for their safety and my families safety when they were in my home. I provided a new n95 mask for free if they didn't have one. Moorestown nursing only mandates that their staff wear a blue surgical mask. Some of the nurses and therapists were great and wore appropriate gear --which I found out they had to buy out of pocket!!! Some though only wore a blue surgical mask improperly (1/2 inch gaps around the face and sides of mask). They called me to say that they could not continue my mother's care (she is covid negative and now recovering from her second brain surgery), because I was requesting staff entering my home to wear an n95 mask, or properly wear the blue surgical mask. WOW. I feel so sorry for their staff.

I would like to say this place is really unprofessional they don't keep you informed on anything they do and then have the nerve to say that they do. If you truly care about your loved ones please find another service to use. This place doesn't follow instructions, doesn't keep appointments or notify you if something has changed. I would rate them a zero if I had that option.

Disgraceful!

Disgraceful!

My father is 87 years old and had his wallet, with all of his personal information, stolen right off his table.
Nurse Tenisha was her name. Claims to have never seen his wallet. My father can t walk, nor can his wallet. She can. She did.
Hiring a personal attorney.
MVNA need to hire reputable, professionals. Not common criminals!
If I had it my way.. I d visit that nurses aging parents & rob them! Eye for an eye! Oh, but that s right... I have class, respect & true compassion for others.
God will be her judge someday.

I have never been so traumatized in all of my professional career by the behaviour a therapist displayed while in my home. She wanted me to sign off on legal blank documents that she could fill out later this was reported to her manager who stated that this was an ongoing practice and patient sign blank documents all the time! Based on ethics I have never ever heard of such a thing especially in such a serious matter that I m dealing with! The therapist came to my home without an assessment from a nurse whoWould have provided her with the medical information that she needed and medical information I did not have. The connection was not good, so I asked the therapist to leave my home. She began to state that I was intimidating her, being aggressive, shouting at her, and she was frightened! She was the one that was doing the yelling! After she made these comments about me she began screaming that she was fearful and scared! I asked her to leave my home and that I would contact her manager and the Ombudsman of New Jersey! No, she reported the incident and then closed my case! Her manager never contacted me and took her side of the story and stated that my case was closed! A nurse never came and my husband has been home for over a week and a half with no medical follow-up and I did not know my case had been closed and I was still waiting for a nurse! This was one of the most stressful encounters I ve had since all of the stress I ve dealt with with my husband I am in need of emergency assistance at this point and this agency simply closed his case! Stay away and find some one with professionalismsympatby amd empathy

I received competent and compassionate hospice care for a loved one from several staff members. Nurses were always on time, professional and helpful. Really helped out me out during a hard time. Good communication and felt taken care.

Things haven't changed in this place in the two years since my Loved Ones theft of belongings from her home. More theft accusations FROM OTHER FAMILIES USING THEM and the same generic response from the so called "OWNER!" BUYER BE WARE! We have been using another reputable agency since and couldn't be happier!

I couldn t even make it through connecting with this place. They were sent a request through the oncologist office and weeks went by without a word. The team sent another request. A woman called and left a messages speaking at the speed of light and left no name. I returned the call and they asked me who called I said they didn t leave a name. The lady replied ok does that means we are going to have to start alllllll the way at the beginning. Ok so I did and we went through all of that to be transferred, put in hold then told whoever was in a meeting and they would call me back. Today someone calls again leaving a message with no name. I call back the number she left, I said I m returning a call in ref to *name.....the woman says hold on who, I repeat myself and she says who called you. I said she didn t leave a name, she responds ok well we are going to have to start alllllll the way over from the beginning. She says is this an existing patient I said no she said uhhhhhh no what? I said never mind we don t want your services. If you are that slow at responding to requests, that rude and unprofessional you should not be working in this type of capacity. It s stressful enough trying to get your loved ones help nobody needs issues with a company before you can even establish a relationship. Poor behavior in the beginning is the only red flag I need.

I am very unhappy with Moorestown visiting nurses....

I am very unhappy with Moorestown visiting nurses. I called the day after I came home from the hospital, a Wednesday because I get home after six the day before. I was told I would hear from somebody in 48 to 72 hours which is not a good start because I need a shower. I didn t see home health care until the following Thursday, 10 days after my release from the hospital. I really like the woman that I got, was very happy with her. They then scheduled me for Tuesday and Thursday of the following week. For someone who cannot shower herself this was unacceptable. I asked if they could please send somebody at least Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. I called Moorestown and they could not accommodate me. I am very upset with the service they provide.

I have had two different occasions to be with this group for nursing care in home for my mother. We have nothing but TERRIFIC experiences with each and every one of the visiting nurses and therapists that work for this organization.

My mother was sent home from the hospital too soon and that created many healthcare needs that I did not feel I could nor should of had to handle! This is where this organization came through for us whole heartedly! They contacted us as scheduled, walked me though many circumstances and situations that I would NEVER of been able to navigate without their help.

The team of therapists & visiting nurses called us each time prior to coming (for me to prepare my paid caregiver) came on time and went well and above even contacting us with follow ups, phone calls and a Saturday visit to drop off a medical device we needed! This is EXCEPTIONAL ABOVE and BEYOND service!

Each one was helpful in providing much needed information, suggestions and whet above & beyond all expectations.

I could not be any happier with their personnel and the services provided. I was lost in the healthcare system and they guided us and made my Mom feel safe and cared for.

I HIGHLY recommend this agency. Reliable, informative and most of all CARING when we needed it most.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HELPED US from Moorestown Visiting Nurses!! My Mom is in such a better place thanks to ALL of you!! Forever grateful - JR - aka Jackie Read.
