Totally disappointed, spent the night at the Sunline suite for a Christmas party.
Supervisor in charge was a very rude and overbearing person. Her staff behind the bar were obviously intimidated by her and her "control" over the evening was so unnecessarily heavy that it could have actually incited bad behaviour rather then avoid it.
Wont be going back and will be spreading the word

Enjoyable night, facilities good. Had a special event with a band on, but drinks over priced and could only purchase 2 at a time. Solution was to hand 2 drinks to someone else and purchase another 2. Nit sure what they hoped to achieve by that, odd. Not a bad night but a little expensive for what it was.

Old, run down, like Caulfield. needs a face-lift. The toilets were falling apart on its biggest race day of the year. There's no lighting in the betting ring making it even darker. The whole place needs a pull down.

I went there for a Conference. NOTHING TO DO WITH RACING. I hate horse racing because of the cruelty of whipping the poor horses! BAN the rotten whips: as it's very painful for the poor animals! Let the horses run on their own merits. If people whipped cats & dogs in comparison: people would be up in arms about it!

Could be one of the worst expeirences. Complete failure in terms of people logistics. Can buy a drink here, not allowed there, dress code there, private function here, pass please pass please pass please. Seriously there are that many people out there just telling people where and where they can't go. Serious failure. It's laughable. Many people on the right agreed.

My family and i attended the Victorian Titles event help by ICN Victoria at the Moonee Valley Racing Club last weekend, this is the second time at this venue, the previous time was in March 2018.
The venue itself is simply amazing, the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful on each occasion, from the parking ushers to the cleaners.
I look forward to the next event at this venue.

Paid $99 for Cox Pkate ticket in the Valley Precinct. It was completely fenced of from the grass public access area & for some inexplicable reason they decided to not unlock the gates to it. This meant if ypu wanted to actually see the actual track & watch the race properly, instead of perching yourself on the fencing and peering through bars like criminals,, you had to walk all the way round through the grandstand. Felt pretty annoyed that I paid the extra $ and ended up with a worse viewing experience than if I'd just bought a general public ticket!! Also, it was a miracle the fence didn't collapse when all the punters perched on it trying to watch Winx's race. Would have been a lot of injuries & a PR nightmare if that had occurred. All because the organisers didn't unlock the gate to the trackside lawn area and put a few ticket checkers on it.

Attended a function in the Champion room. Parking is available onsite. The room doesn't have a lot of atmosphere unless you are there to view the races, where the covered views to the track would be perfect. Staff were very helpful and food was plentiful. The entrance leaves a lot to be desired looking out onto a car Park and a construction site.
