I suggest google to implement a new feature to rate companies like this in neagative part it wont even deserve zero also
I had been called for manual testing interview yesterday and they took 2 rounds of f2f interview
First round -went well
Second round -went very well
I had expalined the project architecture and wrote sql queries
And i had answered 95 % of the questions they had asked with examples
And told me to think out of the box answeres and i answered in each and every way and they were impressed and went for second round
I was good with attitude spoken heartily
Good with dress sense
Good with my fluency
Totally I was confident before and after all rounds
Today they have said I have been rejcted due to other reasons.
Anybody who is reading this review about moolya ,i suggest you personally not to attend for any positions posted there
Its just a big waste of time and energy.
One of the most stupidest/idotic thing i had done in my life is attending at moolya for the opening
I dont know what were there expecataions and how they shortlist the people for interview
Maybe aliens/UFO from other galaxy would come and answer them and they will give jobs to them and help them for testing process

I am an ex employee of Moolya, worked here for good 3 years. The personal and career growth here is amazing due to the exposure you get. You are allowed here to innovate and do things your way rather then following up a process even when you don't like it. It is an open culture where people learn from each other.
I left to start my own company and the support I received from Moolya is commendable. I am still in touch with people there and they are always available to help me.
Pradeep is one Gem of person, working with him, listen to his thoughts/views/advice has helped me a lot.
I am very thankful to this place and Pradeep and many others for my learning's, growth and support

I came here for Interview. The person who took the interview was really a very good person and technically very strong. Unfortunately I did not get selected. But when I asked the reason the HR said that actually my profile could not meet company requirement. But My question is if my profile was not meeting the requirements then why did they call me for interview. My advise to company management that they should specify the reason directly so that we can improve if they say our demerits or area of improvement after interview. Besides these it is really a nice company. I will keep trying to get opportunity to work with Moolya.Thanks
Should not attend the weekend walk-ins. It's not relevant.
Worst company...they don't know how to conduct a drive for job seekers... I think they conduct walk-in for publicity purpose.
Moolya is for those who prefer testing field has there booming in there industry. Few weeks back had attended a walk in, it was nice experience and the founder pradeep soundarranjan just introduced himself to all of us who was present there and told his self experience in testing field. It was really a helpful tool for the freshers. Though I was not shortlisted in the HR round. I still prefer for others to attend interviews and for sure it'll be a successful career for the people who work in moolya.

I attended the interview at moolya office with my friends through campus. The office is nice. But best part is meeting Prashanth sir recruitment head. Four stars only for him. He was very friendly, supportive & helped us to overcome nervousness. Explained where did we go wrong& how to improve. Some of us did not reach the final round but the learning was really very good .
i am happy with the member of Moolya,the way they treated and polite behaviour .....i m impressed eventhough i did not qualified first round...if i will get opportunity definately i m eager to join u guys
Cleared the first two rounds of technical , third round was also supposed to be technical and HR. There were no technical questions (No complaints about it). Then came the salary question, I was straight forward in quoting the numbers I expected , since I had 3 yrs of core mobile testing experience . Then comes the question from the interviewer , are you working in product company . I told yes. I thought things were good. Later I call back , for unknown reasons they have rejected me . Feels like they have a huge hatred towards product based or bigger companies , when u look at things as an outsider.
I attended an interview in Moolya a while ago. Before attending I enquired about this company. I heard positive as well as negative. I have gone through the reviews on internet and felt they are just emotional outcome. But thats not true. Even I experienced the same. They are no different from others companies. I saw few people posted about interview process. I agree with you guys. What should I do with this card? My suggestion is not to waste a day by attending interview and then waiting for response for few more days to know that we are fit in their company.
Had gone to attend interview..they expect you to know everything...if not selected they will give you a card stating best of luck ..it's just a joke...also there is parking problem...

I completed all rounds of interviews after my initial nice ppt presentation, candidature was confirmed for offer.BGV process was also done and Was expecting offer letter any moment and after few days i got message that Not proceeding for employment !!! This reminds me of Chandrayaan-2. Its ok the world is round....we shall continue....with positivity.
Reviews and observation in just short period spent :
1. Thank you card is good initiative.
2. There is very humid or No A/c in another office @ reception waiting area. Can put A/c for all visitors who will wait near reception area.
3. During festival and thereafter.Employees take group leaves .Not a good scenario if client /vendors reaches out for any grievances.
4. There is delay or lack of communication to candidates. Can improve better. please don t make candidate wait for a long time in deciding interview results or rolling out offers.
Although they have reputed clients tied up, Their interview process and information provided to candidate is very poor. Office looks more like telemarketing type

Don't waste time attending the interview for fresher and experienced people just blacklist it .You can utilize your day well inspite attending interview here.company is not clear about the requirements .I got one thank you card which I thought to roll and st.. in the management s a.. I saw the review online but was convinced by bloody consultancy .They can simply hire from nits and iits but cannot afford to pay them so they keep on playing with others . I have decided to attend only MNCs and I am hopefully as I am reaching till last rounds. The company is same as it looks from outside and inside. I advised security guard why you are working for such 3rd class company you deserve more I love when I see rating going down. 5 star raters are paid it seems or may be ceos family members. Last word if you crack google facebook interview and feel at the top of world then come and attend here you will be depressed to commit suicide haha. Management replies saying we look for fit candidate then why the hell you don't take 2 technical telephonic rounds and filter out of it.For the first round it self interviewed was vague about what output is to be generated for the questions asked. I wish a meteor falls on the building or company goes bankrupt. I never hated anyone this much these are my pure emotions
Went for an interview at Moolya . Definitely a lifetime experience meeting Mr Pradeep .
Loved the discussion what we had and it showed me a different perspective about career , work and myself.
Whether I am selected in Moolya or not , this is for sure a good place to work .

Couldn t crack it , but I wish someday sometime I would join here ... and Work with you . It would have been helpful if the objective feedback for Non- fitment after round4 was provided . It will be helpful to groom if something is lacking or some skill is missing or need to change something. That s the only suggestion I have .

3rd Round - Assessing your approach towards testing
4th Round - manager round
5th Round - HR round where she tries to figure out what type of a person you are and salary discussion
I have received the offer letter from Moolya after two days and accepted it the very next day. Looking forward to join the team soon in Jan.
I had attended two rounds of Interview with Moolya STPL. The experience was awesome. Still waiting for the call from them for HR round. The founder Mr.Pradeep Soundararajan was very kind and welcomed all of us with good pleasure, hats off to him and staffs for respecting and handeling such a huge crowd of candidates . All the employees including the Founder were very open minded and work environment was very good according to me.
I attended a campus selection for Moolya. I was through in written and group discussion rounds. I felt stuck in HR round. I feel they conduct HR round to just reject people doesn t matter how good you are.
I attended an interview for marketing with this company. The first round was an online assessment which I pulled an all nighter to complete. Then, after a week they called for the 2nd round of interview. The marketing head took my interview for 2 hours along with another written assignment. After this, HR gave a weird Thank you note for the interview. They said surely they will call back for a final round or email if rejected. They didn't have the courtesy to respond. I am also sure, that they have taken free marketing consultation from me during the interview. This is extremely unprofessional. Thanks for wasting my time.
I had attended interview on 25th Jan. On the same day I completed 2 rounds technical and 1 round HR took by Chandini (HR) . HR shushmitha told me to wait for an hour and after 2 hours she told that she will call me on Monday that is on 27th Jan. But I didn't get any mail or call till 28th Jan. Then I mailed to ask about the status of my interview. I didn't get any response till now. My question is when u don't respect the time of an engineer who spends one full day to give interview and goes back without feedback.
HR should have some professionalism to give feedback when an engineer spends time in giving interview in moolya software. Hope you will improve in future.
If any one want to do practice for interview then only can attend,please do not hope job even completed all rounds.finally they will give one card.

I have been to an interview , office environment looks superb .Im not sure about my job position here. However I felt it's a good company to start working with many people . HRs attitude was good , nobody misbehaved though .
Hi I join this company in the last year.Company environment is not at all good company VP is asking hourly status with employees company is full of politics and my suggestion is please don't join this company you don't know when they will fire you I totally depressed with this company.

Attended Interview 2 weeks before - it was a two days interview, first one was an online program execution and 2nd Round was for technical F2F and had an HR after that - but did not get any response whether I am selected or rejected.
Company wise it s good and a growing company with all passionate employees. But for me it was a worst experience only coz I dint get any update on my recruitment where I had to put a day holiday just to attend interview here, and will not recommend for those who are from MNC company if you are here for an interview. My advice to HR please call for the interview if you are OK with the employee expectations and not to reject them in the final round for there expectations and wasting there valuable time. I am giving 2 stars not for the company but for not letting me know the reason why they let me go unanswered
I have not worked neither given any interviews @ moolya.....Just wanted to request you that there are so many applying JOB on your web portal but once we have submitted our resume then there is no facility to update or apply for fresh position and whenever people wants to update thr profile then system says ur profiles already with us even after 3 or 6 months and we cannot proceed further ...I know u shortlists people for interview but lets give chance to update profile and apply for any fresh position

Very Bad for me because they took interview one round For Automation testing And told me one more round is there That is Client round but Already 2 weeks still no call from them Also no replay on mail.And Strange Thing is Which consultancy Scheduled me for Moolya They are not getting any Response from Moolya They suppose to calling me for getting any update from mooly its very bad thing And again i saw one of my friend is going for interview same profile As a Walk in.Do you think they want to take candidate ... only doing Time pass and formality Don't go there.Waste of time...
