Just received a letter from a collections agency! I have been trying to get ahold of someone in this company since June! 3 hours plus on hold daily for weeks no one answers... Are you kidding me.. LOL Good luck trying to collect. I guess your goin out of biz soon!

This is a horrible place to work because of their training being so fast track. Instead of giving employees encouragement and support, they give outright negative feedback. Don't apply unless very tech savvy to a major degree.

I love that it's a local Austin business, and appreciate what Mr Hicks has done for the community. But...customer service is not the best. Always transferred to the "Pandora" support, despite the Mood Media toll free number printed on the front of the box. Hopefully someone in the company can fix the Pandora/Mood confusion. Reliable and high quality content otherwise.

I never purchased a product or service from here, but about a year and a half ago I lost my job and tried driving for Favor while I was looking for a new job. Mood Media was my first customer- about 400 pounds of fruit, plus about a two dozen cases of drinks, plus chips and granola bars. I spent over two and a half hours in the rain shuttling groceries (in soggy wet paper bags) from my car, up the elevator, and into their office. I was not tipped one penny. I made $3 off a delivery that ultimately took three and a half hours.

Every time I drive up I-35 I see their name on the side of the building and I wish karma to come back to them. Now that I've seen all the bad reviews, I can point out-karma came back to them!

I ve been trying for five days to cancel my account on a closed business. Since I initially contacted them, they have billed me again. I ve been put on hold for a total of 2 1/2 hours over five different phone calls only to be referred back to the same line that I had been on hold with. I can see why the reviews are so low. Absolutely disappointing

Terrible selection of music on every genre available. Music repeats too frequently vey annoying would never recommend this service to anyone. Very outdated technology speakers are terrible as well.

Absolutely zero customer service, inability to receive confirmation of account changes or service cancellation. They restarted auto-payments even after documented, dated communication assuring this was cancelled. Again, no response and no action. If I could give zero stars, I would.

One of the worst companies and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased over 10k dollars in equipment from Mood Media and they will not stand behind their product. Do not work with this company. Lots of threats from the company, but they don't want to resolve or stand behind their products. If I could I would leave less than one star.

Cheap music provider service with very unreliable employees. Never will get anything solved except frustration and confusion. Employees just transfer you to the next person who s more confused then you re. How can you run a organized entity with this type of ongoing B.S?
