I ve been trying for five days to cancel my accoun...

I ve been trying for five days to cancel my account on a closed business. Since I initially contacted them, they have billed me again. I ve been put on hold for a total of 2 1/2 hours over five different phone calls only to be referred back to the same line that I had been on hold with. I can see why the reviews are so low. Absolutely disappointing
