Man this place is cool.
It has a basketball + volleyball court
This should be recommend to all who lives around here

The place is well maintained and has ample parking place. Note - there are multiple entrances to this recreation center. Depending on which direction you were going use the right entrance and exit.

Friendly, diverse place for community members to gather and host events.

Very nice communvty building with a basketball court, track and a youthroom.

Awesome place for little kiddies to tune around and splash on a hot day. I have seen kids fall and bounce their head off the ground multiple times so make sure you put shoes on your kid.

Wonderful place for basketball and for meeting rooms

They have big basketball courts but I don t see why anyone would want to be a member here. There is not that much to do. You can do basketball and exercise. That is basically it.

Had a party here for the 2nd year in a row and loved it every time. They are super accommodating and the splash park was a blast for all the kids.

Great programs for kids and has a free splash party in the summer.

What a beautiful facility just to far for us to travel to play pickleball. Also more expensive per day

Just join and love it. Very clean and great to me it's a great way to get meet people.

I use the facilities for the gym and it's always clean and never too crowded. Love it!

Very nice place, I was in a class there checking the place out man the bathroom is awesome hands free the whole thing only thing you have to touch I'd the door to get in & out beautiful setup in there. The part that I seen is very nice basketball court the rooms very nice.

Great facitlity, clean meeting rooms, clean bathrooms & the activity rooms look nice.
-But I have only been there for meetings.

Relevent seminars held at the rec center. I enjoyed learning about cutting the cord to cable tv. I bought the indoor antenna suggested and it works!

Great place to play basketball in the winter. Courts can sometimes be occupied by organized events so be sure to call ahead to see if they're free.

Changed from 5 stars. Lately, there are times when guests are playing loud hip hop music in the basketball courts. It's a large shared indoor space with mulitple courts. Not everyone wants to listen to that. These individuals have no consideration for others and staff doesn't enforce common courtesy rules.

Splash park review: We really enjoy the splash park. Dress your kids in swim suits, for small children consider bringing a small water toy, towel and sunscreen. Shade is available but it's not everywhere. There are a few picnic tables for lunch as well.

Tiny tykes and other toddler/preschooler activity classes: It's mostly an unstructured open gym with things like balls, a few crawling tunnels and traffic cones to hop over or go around. Fun but at $5 per kid, per 45 min daily class, it seems a bit steep. For that I could take my kids to The Little Pod and have access to more activities/play equipment but have the added pleasure of being able to stay all day. Or better yet Mr. B's for free. If they were to drop the rate then it would be much more appealing. (Note: you can very slightly save more if you register for the entire season and/or you are a member).

Clean playground and splash park. Great for families on a hot day. Splash park is great for young kids.

The two main things here are the exercise area and the basketball court (rather large). The main reason I stopped by was to rent the hall. In my pictures you can see how large the main room is (however it was available to split into two rooms).

I was seriously confused about if I was a resident or not. I assumed Montgomery county, but this is for Montgomery township which I am not living in. So considering the prices for non-residents is not too high in price this hall is a great option since the township Rec center I live in is not available (for 2019).

The workout area is rather nice considering the membership fee. Unless they're packed during peak hours this is actually a bargain.

I did see a walking/running track that goes around the basketball court on second floor. Pretty nice considering it has AC.

Modern, spacious, very clean, relatively quiet in the areas suitable for quiet work. Good space for children to play. Air conditioned. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful space for children's birthday party.

Spring Valley YMCA is awesome. In door and out door pool with sprinklers and play ground.

I went there on the first day I played pool and there was a lot of kids trying to taking your sticks a moving the ball and throwing the balls at people other then that is was good

The township date well for the community really nice looking building has all the things that you really need for the seniors and community

My review focuses only on the playground/splash park.

On the many hot days, like the ones that were plentiful for the summer of 2016, it's nice to take your toddler to play in the splash park. The playground has a huge variety of activities. The playground gets crowded on nice days.

Very nice, they have a playground out side for t little kids and a youth lounge inside with tables games, I thought was cool. There's a gym also. I was there for an event but I would definitely take the kids back to the playground

Beautiful community center. Looks like new. Decent fitness center and a nice basketball court with a track around it on the 2nd level.

All timings are jumbled. Tried to join & play Badminton since past few days. No regular hours even after checking a day earlier. For example went to play Badminton on 26 December, Courts were empty but reserved for Basket ball. Assured Tuesday (today) the courts are available from 5:00 Pm on wards. Checked at 6:00 pm - courts not available for Badminton as Basket Ball practice is going on. Wanted to shift the membership from LA Fitness to Montgomery Township Comm & Recreation Center. Not interested as no fixed timing are for particular sport. One can not plan the activity. Have better planning.

First time here and my toddler loved the playground area and it was clean and fun. We booked a room for a party in December and had lots of options that were affordable. We can't wait to see how it goes. Staff was helpful and friendly. I hear wonderful things about the splash pad too.

What a great park! The sprinklers totally made it! My 1 year old and 8 year old both had a blast! We're coming back tomorrow with friends!

Parking is challenging but this park is fantastic, bring shoes that you can get wet.

This is a community bulding which offers many spaces for rental Has gyms, tennis courts, and basketball courts Can have birthday parties, meetings, small civic gatherings.

Great facility. With a membership you have access to all types of classes to help keep you healthy and active. Friendly staff. There are always events going on for all family members.

I was going to rent from this building for my daughter's graduation party. Even though I decided on another venue, only due to the distance everyone had to travel, I highly recommend this place. It's very clean, staff is very helpful and professional. Lots of activities. Well organized. Check it out if you have an opportunity.
