This court is broken just like the rest of the legal system. They wouldn't even talk to my 11 year old about wat she and her sister has to go through at there dads house...And she was begging to speak to the judge. I felt like we were just a case number here and not people.

What a terrible system. They rushed me into making a decision about visitation. My childs father not only was a known criminal but was absent from her life for 11 years. My 13 year old expressed she didnt want to stay with her dad every other week during the summer. Not only did they not respect her wishes they wouldnt allow her to be heard by the judge. I asked for a continuance which was my right and was denied. They have no compassion
Bad they dont want family to be together they really dont care about u or what u have done different they just want to rip kids away from the moms and dads with out a hart thes people are the worst
THESE CRIMINALS KIDNAPPED MY CHILDREN, DEPRIVED US OF OUR RIGHTS, ABUSED AND TRAFFICKED MY CHILDREN THROUGH THE FOSTERCARE SYSTEM, AND REFUSED MY RIGHT TO BE IN THE COURT ROOM. THEY DID THIS WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE OF ANY WRONG DOING, AND WITHOUT ME BEING CHARGED WITH A CRIME. MONTGOMERY COUNTY CHILDREN SERVICES ASSISTED THESE CRIMINALS IN THE FELONY CRIMES AGAINST ME AND MY CHILDREN. GOVERNMENT FUNDED HUMAN TRAFFICKING. WHO ELSE DID THEY DO THIS TO?

The Courts are only doing emergence cases, such as custody or if there is a risk of violence. They do great work based on the LAW not our emotions or general statistics. They defend everyone's rights, like them or not, and adjudicate over anyone's wrongs. (In general, the child may express themselves but that won't change the laws.)
