My mom used to live there. Housekeeping was supposed to come once a week, that stopped after my dad passed. The Housekeeper didn't want to go in there because she is allergic to cats. Because of that my moms sheets weren't getting changed out as often, which led to other issues. Not good place. Plus they keep raising the rent. How can seniors afford it?

Went to a seminar. Seemed nice, clean. People playing bingo seemed happy.

We have had problems with this establishment since October 2018. They have overcharged us over 500. We have talked with management and assistant manager numerous times with the statement that they would check with corporate and call us back. They have never once called back. I have called at least 10 to 15 times with no response. We cannot afford to have this money taken out in error.

Cody was tremendously helpful and efficient in assisting us find a long term home for a loved one. Highly HIGHLY recommend Montara Meadows!

Excellent facility. The food choices that ate offered are many and they are super fresh and well prepared .. and staff is very friendly. So happy my aunt found this place. I don't have to worry about her so much.

Nice apartments and as available you have a choice of which building and/or type of apartment you prefer.

Brought in my 95 year old uncle, who was looking for a place he would feel safer in. The first apartment we were shown was perfect for him. Within an hour we had finished the paperwork and had a delicious lunch (pecan crusted fish) while waiting for the paperwork to be finished. Everyone was sweet as could be to both my uncle and I and the residents we ran into seemed happy. The facilities are impressive and the price is extremely reasonable.
