Lovely hotel with a lot of potential. The swimming pool and hot tub were not heated and breakfast was basic but the rooms were nice with a good view

We stayed at MonteCasa Hotel for a week. Overall, it was a good experience: the room was very big and had a nice balcony. We only had breakfast included and it was very international and the food was very nice. There are still few things we were not satisfied with. The wifi was not working in the room, it had a very poor connection.We were told that the wifi was included in the package, but only 500 mb was included for the entire stay. We also had no instructions on how to use the bath, as it had a filter which stopped from filling up. So, we had to call maintenance about three times, as they do not understand English. The hotel was hardly occupied and yet we were giving a room at the back even though we were paying premium for the big room.

Gave us worse room than we ordered during the booking

I'm currently staying here and so far I'm like it a lot it had everything we need it. The room (studio suite beach view) was clean and great. There is a lot of nightlife and noise but I liked it cause we were used to it. The only problem was the food smell that you could smell near the pool.

The hotel was excellent

for a long time I have not had a chance to rest and enjoy it that way. The rooms are comfortable, the view is excellent, food and spa are simply indescribable. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional and always available for their guests. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we'll see you again.

The rooms are clean and nice. The restaurant Ambassador have the worst service I had. And the food below average.

Perfect for relaxation and calm stay, with great location. Food is excellent, rooms are clean and beautiful, and stuff is very friendly. Wellness and spa center is very nice.
