This review is for the front lobby reception staff. I wish to commend Silvia H. for her generosity and kindness each and every time I was at Chapel of the Chimes. I visited several times to handle the passing of my spouse, and she was there with a bright smile and enthusiastic greeting. On the initial visit, she gave me snacks from her personal stash as it was the only soft food I could chew. Upon heading out and thanking her for sharing, she graciously offered the rest of the container for me to bring home. Another instance, she took the time to chat and listen on how things were going. Silvia is truly a kind soul!

The Premises at Hayward we re elegantly appointed, conveniently located and breathtaking views.
The entire staff is A+, the Hugs from Nancy are tight and meaningful, Silvia at the Reception desk is polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I met lots of staff member and all of them made this a memorable event. My Mother had a Great Service. Thanks

At Chapel of Chimes Hayward, when I lost my my grandmother said something was pulling her here. After making an appointment and walking in I see why the universe did. Sergio at Chapel of Chimes made us feel welcome and at ease from the moment of first contact all the way through when mom was placed into her nitch. To even after for the cover being on. His communication is quick, polite and professional. He is awesome. Thank you Sergio for everything.

Chapel of the chimes has the best customer service. All staff is very nice. I would say the General Manager Mr. David Madden is a great guy and really cares about anyone coming to this place for service. This place is very organized and I would give the service a 5 star.

Chapel of the Chimes Hayward. These guys take really good care of the family in their time of need. I've attended several services and they have all been memorable and honorable. They have 2 chapels to choose from.

During this most difficult time, we turned to chapel of chimes in hayward for the service. All the people (Sherri brown, Nicolette nava and stephanie) that assisted us were really helpful. They were quick to respond to any of my questions, and very oragnized even during covid times. We recommend contacting them for your loved one's service.

What can I say about Chapel of the Chimes Hayward? In 1969 my parents chose Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward because of their reputation of being fair, honest and family oriented. I must say that in 2020, this was still very much true. It is very hard losing a loved one, in this case my father. Gale Lighthall, Silvia Hernandez, and Heather Hawkins went above and beyond expectations and our family felt like they were family. With much gratitude in a very difficult time. I called them about my loved one and I was quoted a price which is totally different when I got there of what the services was going cost. This was suppose to be easy experience which it was not. I was told of the options that I had which was no longer true once I got there. At this point what can you do take your love one home. The manager called me and was able to resolve the issues in a timely manner
