We have used Monte Carlo for several corporate events over the last five years. I have never been dissatisfied with an event they have produced. We started using just their decor and prop rental, and most recently have started doing our annual Christmas party with their casino tables - most exciting holiday party yet! Hopefully more to come!
Great casino theme party. I was wowed from the time I entered to when I left. We had such a fun time at the casino night. I would love to attend another one of their theme parties.
Worked with them to rent a fooseball table and giant Jenga for cocktail hour at our wedding. Kevan was easy to work with and responsive. Our guests loved the games!

Monte Carlo Productions is amazing! I threw a House of Cards Party for my husbands 30th birthday. We reserved a blackjack table with dealer and slot machine. John (dealer) arrived on-time and ready to set-up. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the activities. Both rentals really had people excited, laughing, and cheering (if they won, lol). Our dealer John was great! He kept people engaged and laughing. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and creating a cheerful atmosphere.
Let me start off by saying I am a VERY UNDERSTANDING person, as I have worked in the service industry for many years. I was patient and tried to be understanding, but worst experience by far.
I heard great things about this company, especially from a large well known vendor in the Atlanta area, so I decided to reach out. The VP of Sales, Rosemary Brown, reached out to me, where we began our communication via email. I will say that, yes, my rental was going to be a small one because it is for a birthday party, but she said no problem. Finally, I locked a venue down, and reached back out for a proposal. She went radio silent. I nudged a few times, and she finally reached back out. Then went silent again. I reached out three more times. Nothing. At this point, I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and not let one person ruin my experience, so I called the company, and I was able to speak to John. He said maybe she wasn t getting my emails. Not true because we already had an email chain. He even thought it would be funny to laugh at my last name and proceed to say that maybe that was the reason she wasn t getting my emails (last name is part of my email.)
He said they accept all orders, large or small, and he would personally make sure I d be taken care of. Of course, that same day I magically get an email from Rosemary. I proceeded to ask for a proposal... again. Guess what? Nothing. I reached back out 4 more times. Nothing. At this point I am begging for their business. What kind of company does this???? This is crazy! I still can t believe this is how they do business. Again, I tried so hard to give benefit of doubt and was patient. Never again!

We love Monte Carlo Productions! They recently helped us grant a wish for an Egyptian themed sweet 16 party. The props we used were top notch and very authentic. The party was a huge success and we had one incredibly happy wish child.

Great experience with Monte Carlo Productions. They put together an entertaining evening with all sorts of games - rolling dice at the Craps table, spinning the Roulette wheel, and some classic Blackjack. At least those were the games I played. Pool tables, ping pong, and slot machines were also available.
I was really shocked to learn that Monte Carlo also provided large display setups at each of the buffets representing different countries around the world. There must have been over 15 different large-scale displays from an Eiffel tower to an Italian gondola.
Will be turning to them first for future events, knowing they are creative and execute flawlessly.
Excellent barely even beings to describe Monte Carlo Productions, from start to finish my event was perfect. There was never any moment where my event needs weren't met.They always had an answer for all my questions, and made sure everything went seamlessly. I will definitely be working with Monte Carlo Productions again in the very near future.
I have had the great fortune of using Monte Carlo for various events over the past 5 years. from weddings, to church events, to college alumni groups, they are able to do it all! I enjoy the professionalism they display, but they are also able to make you feel warm/welcomed into their "work family". They even have a cute little dog that greets you! (I think she gets bored with you within about 2 minutes, and goes back to sleep ha!)
Monte Carlo Productions are the best place ever... I had a Casino Theme Birthday Party on 1/9/16. So I contacted Monte Carlo for help... It was a pleasure to be assisted by Mrs Rosemary.... She was very knowledgeable of each product and service...They had allot to choose from...The company set up deliver and picked up on time...I Love Them. The staff was very professional... They made all my guest comfortable. . Taught them the games.. And was just excellent all around the board... I will use them again again and again... I cant wait for my next theme event so I can see what I kind of ideas and decorations they have .....

BEST Sweet Sixteen ever. The studio was perfect. My daughters birthday was incredible. The dance floor and DJ were AWESOME, the games were a blast we all had a blast, and the photo booth kept everyone in stitches.
I just got off with a very rude person at Monte Carlo named John. He rudely informed me that they do not do public events or rent to individuals that he only deals with "billion dollar corporations" and I will make sure to post this to our organizers of the events which sponsors of the event include Emory and the City of Woodstock. We wanted to hire one company to manage the fun for the kids and it will not be Monte Carlo Productions! The tone the man used with me was like I was asking for free services! He did not even listen to the details as he cut me off mid-sentence saying he was not going to deal with a public event!
Update: John just called me regarding my post above saying it was a "misrepresentation" of our conversation. The only time John started to be civil with me this call is when I made sure to tell him that I not only had recorded our first conversation but I was recording our current conversation. He again mentioned he does not do public events and his clients give him "one" check. I informed him we just paid Company XXX. $15,000.
I then asked him why does it say on your website you do church events? He said "you don't think churches have casino nights?" In return, I said "so you have never done inflatables for a church event?" His response was "rarely". Hmmm, last time I checked, churches were public events.
No worries John as we signed and paid another company.
