Let me start off by saying I am a VERY UNDERSTANDING person, as I have worked in the service industry for many years. I was patient and tried to be understanding, but worst experience by far.
I heard great things about this company, especially from a large well known vendor in the Atlanta area, so I decided to reach out. The VP of Sales, Rosemary Brown, reached out to me, where we began our communication via email. I will say that, yes, my rental was going to be a small one because it is for a birthday party, but she said no problem. Finally, I locked a venue down, and reached back out for a proposal. She went radio silent. I nudged a few times, and she finally reached back out. Then went silent again. I reached out three more times. Nothing. At this point, I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and not let one person ruin my experience, so I called the company, and I was able to speak to John. He said maybe she wasn t getting my emails. Not true because we already had an email chain. He even thought it would be funny to laugh at my last name and proceed to say that maybe that was the reason she wasn t getting my emails (last name is part of my email.)
He said they accept all orders, large or small, and he would personally make sure I d be taken care of. Of course, that same day I magically get an email from Rosemary. I proceeded to ask for a proposal... again. Guess what? Nothing. I reached back out 4 more times. Nothing. At this point I am begging for their business. What kind of company does this???? This is crazy! I still can t believe this is how they do business. Again, I tried so hard to give benefit of doubt and was patient. Never again!
