The worst experience of my life. Terrible customer service and I would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Too crowded, couldn't even move through with my daughter's stroller

Good store, very pleasant and knowledgeable staff, this is not your $1 furniture store, get ready for the serious prices, but don't forget- you're paying for the quality.

Have bought a few pieces of furniture and accessories there stuff is beautiful and great quality sales people are very nice and helpful not pushy at all very helpful with your decorating highly recommend

I recently bought a coffee table, sofa, and chair from this store and had a wonderful experience. Lots of beautiful and high-quality furniture to choose from. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through different options to find the perfect pieces for my aesthetic. The delivery and set-up process was smooth and all the items looks so gorgeous in my home. Highly recommend!

I have purchased customized couches from Montaage for 2 different homes. Michelle was incredibly helpful. I loved the couch we bought for a house in Vermont so much that I needed to have it in my primary home too. They delivered to Vermont which was a huge bonus, and just helped me rectify a snafu (not at all their fault - just realized I wanted another piece to the couch). Could not be more helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I purchased a Credenza at Montaage on Central Park Avenue Westchester NY. It was delivered just few days after purchased in excellent condition. If you are looking for quality furniture Montaage is the place to go. The quality is the top of the line and a one of a kind. I will definitely go again.

There are some pretty good deals on furnature here, but their rugs are astronomically expensive.

I had worst experiences with this store. My leather sofa got broken within one week of the delivery. The store did not provide quality furniture and the customer service is also very bad. Stay away with it!

Kind (not pushy) sales associates, very knowledgeable. Prices are about on par with most places if similar quality, but some significant discounts periodically for sale/clearance. Got a great chaise sectional here, v satisfied with purchase and purchasing experience.

If I could give a negative star, I would..We bought a rug back in Nov 2017 The salesman told us that we would have it in a week. I called in a week to follow up and they told me it was on back order to Jan. Of course my credit card was charged at the time of purchase. In January, I called to follow up and they told me it was still on back order and wouldn't have it until March. In March, I visited the store in person to follow up and all he could tell me was that it was still on backorder from the vendor. First of all, I might have been a little more understanding if they gave a s..t! about their customers. Why was I the one following up with them all the time? If they cared about their customer service, they would have periodically reached out to me to provide me with an update...I'm a reasonable person..They weren't apologetic and didn't seem to care. I demanded a refund on the spot. We just bought a new home and was planning on buying dining room furniture room this store...Well, they will never get a dime from me..
