Felt like I was robbed at the reception for checking in early
Was given a room with broken fridge full of fungas dirty room dust sitting on furniture was not clean room hygiene wise.
Breakfast which was served I don't give it to dogs so went straight in the bin

Lot of discrimination when it comes to giving out rooms all the lower levels to locals and international travellers on 7th floor onwards
Have to ring again again for room service
Not clean when it comes to furniture,fridge chairs

Guys on the counter they are managers or supervisor put them in the bracket for being rude igrnorant selfish cheats
