My debit card issued was declined every time I tried to use it, it would take at least an hour’s wait time to get through on the phone and no one claims to have the authority to help when they do actually answer the calls
I requested a check to be mailed on their automated system to see if that would work, never received it and after several calls and providing my personal information on each call after at least an hour to two hours wait and getting nowhere, I finally realized it is a scam and no longer worth it for me probably until a class action lawsuit is filed I may get a partial refund of the 500 original balance
