Have spent a lot of time here unfortunately. My son was born early and spent the first five months of life here. Staff are hit and miss with personality and bedside care/manner but quality of medical care is fantastic and they essentially saved my son's life. My gripes are mostly admin/funding related but that is no fault of the medical staff who do a great job.

I shall start off by saying the parking fees at this facility are abominable! $11 and hour! Especially when you consider no one goes there by choice, it is to meet a medical requirement/treatment or to visit someone undergoing the same. To take advantage of this by price gauging just because they can seems wrong to say the least but I digress.

I attended today for an MRI. All staff interactions were pleasant and informative, all good things; with the exception of getting slightly lost (warren-like corridors etc) though once I found where I needed to be, I was seen to in a timely fashion. = )

The MRI machine itself was well maintained, and for someone who suffers from reasonably severe claustrophobia it was not overly stifling.
= ) They also had the option to listen to music, use earplugs and had a periscope like mirror that enabled me to convince my brain I wasn t as confined by reflecting the wall at my feet, the vivid colors of the sunset image posted there helped too. = )

The male technician who administered the test had a great way about him, calming, caring and informative. = ) Reassuring to someone who was nervous at having contrast etc for the first time.

All in all I was surprised to see such negative reviews posted by other patients of the facility. = /

I am glad that my experience was a positive one and hope that this review will be some reassurance to anyone needing to head there in future. = )

This is Aimee Stromeier from Newcastle NSW, This review is for the lovely Dr Angel Wu one of Interventional / Medical Radiologists who we had the wonderful of meeting at Hunter New England Imaging Radiology Department in John Hunter Hospital when she was a Radiology Registrar here back on Saturday 10th September 2016 ,

She was asked by my Orthopaedic surgeon Dr Dewar and his Orthopaedic Residents to preform a ultrasound-guided Left Sacroiliac Joint Aspiration on Myself with a 22 gauge needle which mind you actually was really painful to draw fluid out for pathology testing to check infection as I had a five day history of left Sacroiliac Joint pain which only three hours earlier was confirmed as Septic Arthritis infection,

Angel was very caring about her work and a lovely young lady who looked after really good with such professionalism and was polite assured me along the way , Explained everything that she was going to do and was never once rude or disrespectful towards myself or my Mum who was with me the whole time I have many medical issues including Netherton s Syndrome a rare skin condition and everything that was done in the procedure did not effect my skin in anyway I had no post procedureral complications , I Thank her so very much for her great work and empathy towards me that day as it was stressful day as well

I highly recommend Dr Angel Wu to any patients requiring interventional tests of any kind at your hospital we do miss her very much and wish her the absolute very best for her future.

Love and kind Regards Aimee Stromeier ( New Lambton ) Newcastle Nsw

Such a great staff, clean environment.
Only tough thing is, if you don't get free parking in near by street then you'll have to choose paid parking which is very expensive.

My husband has high blood pressure and had a deep pain on the side of his neck and jaw Monday night. He could have been having a heart attack. We were advised to go to Monash Medical Centre Emergency by Nurse On Call. 7.5 hours for a basic ECG and blood test and he still hadn't seen a Doctor. That could take another 2 hours we were told. We got the triage nurse to give us the results so we could leave but not before signing a waver removing them from any responsibility. One lovely couple we spoke to had been there 10 hours. More busy on a Monday night? Then put more Doctors on the roster. No one should have to wait 10 hours for medical attention. Appalling Monash Medical!

My 2,5 yo son fell off a swing and hurt his arm. My wife rushed with him to emergency. Result after almost 5 hours of waiting, was that he's fine and there's no fracture. He was in severe pain and the elbow was swollen. They told us that it will hurt for a week or more so we kept giving him panadol and trying to make his suffering bearable. After tree days my wife decided to do an appointment with the GP to follow up on it because it didn't seem to get better much. The closest appointment was able to book the next day (4 days after the fall). Doctor said that there's a message from hospital that they reviewed the x-ray and there's a small fracture. My wife had to went to hospital again and again waited almost 3 hours to get finally the proper treatment for my son.

Overall I'm very disappointed and angry with the amateur and incompetent approach of the staff and really wish that my son won't have any consequences in his future life.

Would it be so hard to give us a call immediately when you found out that there is a fracture?

I had both of my babies here and absolutely loved them!! I can t talk highly enough of the midwives and doctors at Monash their quick work to help my daughter and pump her lungs, to the support of the young women s clinic, with the midwife getting me to express milk whilst in labour (that was extremely helpful as I ended up in ICU with the birth of my son and because of that midwife he never had to have formula) and the quick thinking anaesthetist who I still remember comforting me before going to sleep and then came in the next day to make sure I was ok. You guys are amazing I can t thank you enough. Lots of love Tom, Taila, Kobii and Kaison

I unfortunately had to take my 18 month old into emergency with breathing problems. I almost thought I was over reacting but GP had told me to take him in. All the staff were fantastic and we were seen very promptly, and cared for with kindness and professionalism. People complaining about waiting times should remember it's an emergency department, for things that can't be handled by a gp or wait until the next day. If you are there for something that isn't life threatening you'll have to wait

Constantly lied to. No feedback in regards to course of actions to my medical care. I have discharged myself 6 times from this hospital. I put my life in the hands of these "apparent professionals", but it unfortunately becomes clear I am putting my life in danger being here.
1: After removing my wound dressings from doctor, nurse took over 3hrs to dress open wound.
2: Canula tube gets tangled with drip machine in plain sight and eventually needle gets ripped out of my arm.
3: Doctor comes squeezed absys and walked away with blood everywhere without cleaning area up

There are many other instances I have endured at this hospital
Just really sad

Such poor, abhorrent and incompetent maternity care and management.

Staff are rude and choose to tell you to "take Panadol", bring up irrelevant personal details and matters when calling the pregnancy assessment unit or when going in for help when in pain or with severe symptoms.

Thankfully, I moved and am now with eastern health and I'm finally excited and happy about my pregnancy.

Stay away from all Monash Hospitals!

-10 stars if possible.

-10 stars if possible.
Rushed to the hospital after complications on an injury by a car crash a month before.
Was treated extremely poor.
The nurses were very rude to myself and other pations. An old man in severe pain was told "too bad, you are going back to your home". An old lady soiled her self and cried and the nurses we very rude to her.
I was patronized several times by the head nurse.
The painkillers took over an hour to be given.
Told the psychiatrist my anxiety was a 10 and would be difficult for me to leave hopsital.
My pain was a 9 when they got security to discharge me.
I was left on my own, very sore and anxious to get home which took 2 hours on public transport.
I will be seeking legal actions as the way I was treated was disgusting.
Avoid at all costs.

No complaints for doctors and nurses... It's the administration of emergency department.... They should know that if a person come to emergency Department they must be very sick, plz do not assume we come to emergency for a general check up visits... Somebody can be dieing too... While giving my details to reception area... They were busy in talking to each other, laughing out loud and I was unable to talk becos of massive headach... Girls take this profession bit seriously... It's a frekin hospital not a beauty parlour... And on top it piss u off when people came after you, go before you to see doctor... Don't understand how they run this hospital...

It is unbelievable how this hospital operates. The waiting times are several hours long even in the emergency wing. Although my onjury wasnt very severe, I saw a woman crying, wanting to go home necause she had been sitting with a broken arm for more than 6 hours. She was alone, hadnt had food, and was in so much pain and sorrow that she was literally crying to be allowed to go back home. The hospital staff was blatantly apathetic and inconsiderate as well. I dont know what the right way toboperate a hospital is, but this kind of treatment of aged people is definetely unethical

Was told early that baby had moved its head into position multiple times only to be told when 6 days overdue that they had all gotten it wrong and he in fact hadn't moved into the birth canal. Went there to give birth (naturally luckily) . All nurses could talk about was the new computer system making there lives super hard as apposed to the system being on paper. Last thing you want to hear about when your trying to give birth and then have a new baby....Handover of staff was not done privately and was done right in front of us and patients were talked about like cattle. During birth i was talked about like i wasn't even there (i very much was). Gave birth with only gas that being my choice. however the gas was taken out of my mouth by a nurse just before the last stages of birth (the most painful) with no real good reason. Me being in too much pain to do anything about it. I have serious hip problems with a history of septicathritis and had to constantly remind them to be considerate and gentle with it. They just didn't care plain and simple and kept shoving my leg around especially after labour whilst i just whimpered everytime it happened.
This all had a big impact on me (More than they probably care to realise) and i wouldn't wish it on anybody. I only spent 1 day on hospital including labour i could not get out of there quick enough. I wish i had something good to say.....

The wait for the emergency dept. was 5 hours. Only saw 1 nurse come out and grab a patient in an hour. Nurses/doctors seem on short supply. Can t call it an emergency department when it has the pace of a GP clinic. When I got in, I saw a abrasive doctor who talked to me for a total of 5 minutes. Dismissed me with a prescription for Endo! (A powerful painkiller used for surgery recovery) As you can imagine, I was beyond enraged. Five hour wait for a five minute check up. I have been in pain for several days now and I am going to a different place. The worst medical attention I have ever received. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.

When visiting Monash Adult Psych Ward, 27.01.2019, I expected well researched, multidisciplinary psychiatric care. Treatment for DID includes group therapy and weekly counselling with the expectation of complete recovery for my family member. But at Monash it appears that if you've experienced stress or emotional upset then for whole-of-life you will consume pharmaceutical products. In other words - no cure offered. Rather the approach is long term or life-long treatment.

In November 2018 I had reason to attend the A & E ...

In November 2018 I had reason to attend the A & E department of Monash Clayton. I was made to wait over 30minutes at the front desk while receptionists ignored the growing queue of sick and angry people. During this time, no patients were addressed by the receptionists or any triage nurses.

As a 63kg and 5ft 2 in patient I was given a 22 gauge catheter, as opposed to a 16 gauge catheter as deemed by many practitioners at the facility as being more suitable.

If I had received the right sized catheter, it might have prevented the unbelievable amount of pain and discomfort I was in throughout my time at Monash. I was given many endone, panadeine Forte, paracetamol (which did not touch the pain) whilst being told by staff that the catheter that was in place was not used anymore and was too big as well as the balloon being too big and the nurses were hesitant to do anything with it.

My specialist was also consulted during this process and his instructions were not followed.

While I was an inpatient, I underwent a radiological procedure in the early hours of the morning. Due to an error by the staff (that they admitted to me at the time) they were not sure if the images would be suitable to identify if there were any further underlying issues.

I sent questions to Monash Hospital including;

1. How did all registrars, nurses, radiologists, and attending medical practitioners see that the catheter and balloon were too large, yet the one who put in the catheter thought it was an appropriate size for the purpose....even the radiologists were amazed.

2. Why was this catheter described by several staff as one that is not used anymore and why is it not used anymore?

3. If a wrong instrument, type or size of instrument was used, or a better catheter could have been used, then does no one following the initial consultant have the ability to make changes? I saw the OBGYN registrar twice only - on the first night when I presented to A & E.

Could no other doctor or nurse have taken into account the distress this catheter was causing, and replaced it with a more suitable one?

4. Was adding on more and more opioid drugs that caused significant vomiting, constipation, drowsiness and little if any pain relief the best solution?

When the catheter was finally removed, I was told I had to fill up my bladder and void 3 times before I could leave and to use the buzzer to call the nurse. I had already used the buzzer prior to this and waited over 20 minutes for the nurse to respond. Another nurse saw me and helped me as I vomited and was incontinent in the doorway and after over 20 minutes from the initial buzzer pushing that nurse finally attended.

I also found it quite interesting being in a room which, at all times I was there, consisted of ethnic minorities only. I am unsure how a hospital of this size managed to have a ward in one department being used for multiple illnesses, yet every one of us was a minority, there was an Aboriginal patient, a patient from New Zealand, an Indian patient and myself who is half Caribbean and half African and when a patient left another ethnic minority came into the room

I was not sure if I would have life long problems.

This was a horrifying experience of long waits, inattentive nurses (apart from one), old and large catheter being used, nurses who knew there was no appropriate analgesia, and a patient released from hospital in pain with incontinence and well wishes with the question of was this handled in the best way and could this have been avoided.

When Monash was given an opportunity to respond to my questions, the only issue they addressed was the catheter size, which they denied was inappropriate (despite multiple employees of their institution stating that it was too large).

They did not address inadequate care, multiple instances of being left unattended, the inability of clinicians to change a poor decision made by one of their colleagues, or the appearance of racism within their institution.

Eveytime i am here. The nurses and doctors are great. The problem with this hospital can be blamed 100% on the administration staff. Useless, clueless, hopeless. A few of the nicer words id use. The manager in charge of the staff is clearly the problem. They know less about whats going on and is near impossible to reach. To top it all off the parking is over priced at best. I have no doubt the admin staff wouldnt get a job any where else if they listed this place in their resume.

This is the worst hospital I ever been in my life. Staff doesn't have any medical responsibility. I took my friend to this hospital. He is suffering from severe pain and he was rolling on the chair like anything. The reception people and nurses are rude and don't even attend the patients in the emergency. I never saw any hospital in my life that takes 6hours to treat a patient in the emergency and they charged $580 as an emergency fee. This hospital is to just loot dollars. I completely not recommend this hospital. Making money from peoples pain is not good. Finally, whatever the problem, only one solution from the nurse that is panadol. Come on, change is system start treating patients instead of looting.

terrible service, went there for emergency, awaited for seeing doctor and prompt treatment for more than 10.5 hours, what an upsetting experience it was, staff there need more professional attitude towards their job in the hospital and sympathy for those patients attending the emergency centre for help, people were chatting aloud at the back office and declaring no sufficient staff, very disppointed.

I was a walk-in on Christmas Day, 2015, after having a fall. The skin broke on my foot and there was blood everywhere. I was in agony, and thought I had twisted or turned my ankle. But the nurses and doctors were absolutely AMAZING - I was booked in within 2 minutes of walking in the door, and the nurse at ER even got me a wheelchair (which she wasn't required to get). I got painkillers, had the wound cleaned and dressed, and got a few X-rays of my ankle (which, to my relief, was perfectly fine).

I'm still in some pain, and still require a cane to walk, but hopefully I can walk without a stick again in a week or so. I can't recommend the MMC highly enough. Two thumbs up.

This reviews our experience with the pediatric ED.

We were extremely disappointed with the lack of care given to our 17 month old. He presented with extreme eye swelling and redness, ongoing fever and spreading petechiae. Our GP had sent us straight to hospital when we received unusual blood test results. Despite all of this, we were waiting 3.5 hours to be seen. I understand that children triaged as a higher priority will be seen first, but my son was obviously triaged incorrectly! After watching children who clearly were not as emergent (suspected ear infection, stitches requiring no further care) we decided to leave. We received prompt care elsewhere.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at any hospital in my entire life. I came in with a severe flu and struggling to breath, the second woman i spoke to was great. The first woman however was an absolute dragon and even kind of looked like one....(black bob with and outdated fringe and a heinous attitude) i patiently waited after she rudely shut me down twice and told me she would see me soon. I decided I had way to much self esteem to be treated that way and decided i would leave and am now on the way to another hospital. I mentioned to dragon lady that i felt she wasn't very validating or acting at all concerned she proceeded to passive aggressively let me know that SHE WASN'T overly concerned because i was talking in full sentences (not true) i proceeded to pretty much tell her shes in the wrong line of work because she clearly has NO compassion or people skills. She was honestly one of the rudest PEOPLE i have met to date. And BECAUSE OF HER i would never recommend this hospital to absolutely anyone. In fact the one star goes to the beautiful blonde woman that served me after her.
That is all

I had the best and most professional and friendly staff! Nurse Gail and Nurse Millie were an absolute delight, they were so cheerful, helpful and friendly! Emergency isn't a fun place, but i have been looked after with upmost care and respect, which made it an easy experience.
I don't care which emergency department I go to I have always been looked after and with the abundance of ridiculous injuries I have inflicted on myself, I believe the emergency department staff are the most amazing people! Especially when the are smiley, cheerful, welcoming and professional like nurses Gail and Millie treated me tonight. Thank you all!
P.s. if you don't like wait times call Nurse on-call and you'll probably save a trip and a wait.

I give this a no star.

I give this a no star.

The only good thing about this hospital is the cafe.

Clayton hospital staff don t even know how to transfer calls to the right department. Nurses answering phones and leaving you on hold for so long so you can hang up

Doctors - one doctor giving you not so goods news and have to stress all night about the bad news.

2nd doctor not having the patience to deal with you and outcome being different from the first doctor and want to transfer you to a different hospital to deal with issue not even identifying the right problem. JOKE.

Doctors can t even get it right these days only a very few good doctors around.

MONASH - you need to check what s going on in your hospitals, this includes Dandenong hospital too.

Patience s being released when still in need to cure and fix the problem, reason is hospital needs beds for other patients. REALLY SAD

Emergency department was okay, but treatment at the private hospital arm was "patch her up and get her out" for my mum. She recently had her second admission for severe anemia, yet diagnosed and sent off with the same treatment as last time. If you don't change anything, how can you expect a different outcome? I can now run around the community trying to get her better (we still don't know what caused it), and hopefully she doesn't end up in hospital in six months time. If she does, it won't be yours.

Our 2.5yo had an adnoidectomy (adenoids out) on 23.05.2013.
Got hopelessly lost- but people were helpful in re-directing me! Our son was the youngest and went into surgery first (also naughtiest :)).
The Paediatric Surgery Team were fantastic; communicative and caring.
After he woke, i was told he needed to be in overnight- contrary to what the booking staff told me!
You can see the budget cuts- pack your own tissues, anti- bacterial (swear the half full bottles in there are watered down) and loo paper and soap. As well as your other toiletries.
The staff in 41 North (Children's Ward) were excellent. I had a really good experience with all the nurses.
41 North also has a Starlight Room (11-2.30pm, then they visit those too ill to travel to the room), a small outdoor courtyard that is shared with 42 North and just past the o/door area is a Ronal MacDonald 'lush out' area. Family that stay in with kin are able to get a shower, super comfy recliners w a blanket to snooze in, pc/ internet access and homemade treats if you're lucky! It is also a quiet area and great for breastfeeding. It's run by volunteers and sometimes they don't turn up- but it's usually open from 10- 9.30pm, from what I was told. Angels xoxo.
Parking is crapola- as soon as you enter the site you need to turn left into it. Costs 25.00 per day and undercover- height clearance is about 2.2- my CB aerial hit every conduit.
The Ronald McDonald house for family to stay in is not far from the hospital- it's around the back BUT you cannot walk through the staff carpark to get to it. One has to circle the block to get to Kanooka Grove near the cnr of Wright Street. I didn't end up staying there- would have been too far for my other toddler to walk.
Hope this info helps you!

Long wait for appointments, but thats hospitals for you. There is a cafe inside with lots of food and drink options. Wheelchairs at the door if needed. Toilets are generally clean. The parking is terrible - the car park itself is quite small and its very difficult to manoeuvre past a car coming the other way. The cost of parking is also ridiculous - people aren't going there for a fun time :-/

Maternity experience -

Maternity experience -

Every time I had blood tests done I was told I would receive a call with the results but never got one. Ended up in hospital very sick, aching, fever with kidney infection after not receiving urine results taken days before. Could have been prevented. Also had to call up myself to find out if I needed an iron infusion to be told I was on the urgent list but no one had contacted me about it.

Birth experience was ok. Those midwives were lovely, specifically remember Lindsay. After birth was horrible. Are all rooms that small? Felt like I couldn t breathe and basically no room to have visitors in there. And as a woman who covers I had no privacy whatsoever. Those curtains do nothing when people walking past knock it open, or nurses/doctors coming in leave them open, when they enter there s no concern if I m visible to anyone outside, didn t feel like there was any respect for my privacy. Felt like putting up signs on the curtain. Then with food, for probably first 3 meals I was never given the option form so ended up eating nothing as I didn t like what was given. Then when I was finally given an option form and chose what I wanted, I was given a completely different meal because the option form didn t come with the halal options so yet again didn t eat and gave up with food after that. Stayed one night and was dying to leave. Begged them all day to see if I could go home early when finally the nurse change over happened and this nurse could see how miserable I was and actually listened and checked with the doctor who said apparently there was still some more things needing to be done which I later find out was only optional! But thankfully that nurse found me my own private room which was much better than the shared rooms but still I would have much rathered going home.

Also have found out recently that you are supposed to be offered testing for strep b but I was never offered this and it was never mentioned to me.

Completely unimpressed with this hospital. Two stars is for the few staff that were respectable.

Clinic d - Maternity assessment absolutely ridiculous. Waits over 2.5 hours signs up saying limited doctors long waits. Jam packed waitrooms pregnant women standing up for long periods of time. Extremely rude reception staff( Beware of Julia), personal conversations while women stand in line to the wait slaughter. No compensation for extended wait parking.

Avoid - Casey/Dandenong is much better.

Update:
Birthing- HALF WAY THROUGH my induction the midwife realised they were out of an internal probe to monitor the consistency and strength of contractions.
The hormone drip was switched off for 5/6 hours while I waited for another to be sourced and sent via taxi to MMC. - in the meantime they attempted to use an old machine it s vintage from the 1980 however as the machine was older than the midwife she needed to ask for help and even when help arrived they were reading the instruction manual in front of me while one of the nurses was practicing the manual steps on my cervix.

Was not impressed.

After I was placed on the ward at 4.30 am I seen a nurse at 5.30 am and then did not see one until 9 hours after.

I requested to go home the same day I gave birth as I didn t feel confident nor comfortable with MMC.

I put the parking get out ticket in the wrong slot I used the press for help and was helped immediately. The slot for the parking get out ticket should have a name written above as I am not familiar with the Melbourne car parks. Also my credit car was not accepted I now have a new credit car so hopefully next time the machine will read the chip. The staff at the hospital were pleasant and I have visited a few times and managed to get kerbside parking.

Worst experience, i took my baby for emergency purpose as she have fever but as we reached there just left us.
Not much concerned to my babies health, only concerned about hours, make sure dont over 4 hour if you not satisfied with the service otherwise you have to pay a whole day bed charge(around 1500$).

Left the Emergency Department as the lady with her little boy told me she had been already waiting 2 hrs to see the doc. We had already been waiting more than hour.My little boy had an accident and cut his upper lip (wasn't sure if he needed glue or a stitch). Went to Sandrigham ED the whole process from beginning to end took 1 hour and 10 min. This review doesn't include the rude lady at the front triage and the 4 nurses sitting around doing nothing the whole time. Absolutely pathetic ..... I call Monash Clayton the circus show and once again I was proven right.

If only I could give this place a NEGATIVE ONE... ...

If only I could give this place a NEGATIVE ONE... Why must you wait 2 hours just to have your heart checked up, get shoved outside to the waiting room to wait another 2 hours to then get your blood sample taken, then wait another 2 hours to have the doctor speak to you? My poor father had to go through this terrible experience just for a simple check up. He was also given the bullshit response "oh no, we didn't forget about you. It's just when there's someone in E.R., we push our other patients to the back to check up on later" when clearly no one was in E.R. that day. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Hope this place shuts down for good.

All I can say is, you're better off on your own than have someone from this hospital treat you.

- Impoliet and impatient nurses.
- vague information provided and untimely action by the doctors.
- toilets are filthy

Looks like everyone just wants their damn wages at the end of the day!

I feel sorry for any patient who steps in here!!

What the Heck guys, my partner has been sitting for close to 7 hours, she has been in lots of pain, I understand that this particular hospital is in high demand but it seems insane and inhumane to not suggest another centre or some kind of attention. The staff are very friendly and don't seem worried at all.

4 hours waiting time in Emergency department. I understand it's difficult for everyone but 4 hours is not good. Turnaround time should be more efficient. Doctor and nurses are excellent.

If you ask how long the emergency will need to be ...

If you ask how long the emergency will need to be waited. They just simply asked: hours, many hours no matter your situation. Just came to see what's wrong with the wound after a recent surgery as it is bleeding. It can be easily treated and if no serious issue, can back home and let others in the waiting room. However, they did not, and they are very happy to let people wait for more than 4 hours, which is part of their strategy. I believe there are a lot of cases similar to me, and they are accidentally hurt and need quick treatment and can be released quickly. But they did not. With the background of some laughts, with public Medicare contribution, really want to ask: is the behavior correct and your heart is feeling no regrets?

Georgia the pathology collector not only is amazing at her job but goes above and beyond for customer service. I Had great experience with her taking my blood twice and she stood out compared to the rest of the pathology team who had zero customer service. My friend also who was in hospital start of the week couldn't believe how nice Georgia was, she makes a bad time an enjoyable one and makes the whole room laugh as she goes around to each patient. Georgia you are amazing at what you do, never leave, the hospital needs happy encouraging people like you around more!

Spent 7 hrs in emergency waiting for a doctor and ended up walking out without being seen. Only one nurse asked me some questions but was clearly not interested and none of them made any effort to help me. Not a blanket or a sip of water was offered, no communication regarding when I d be seen and there was a total disregard for patient care. Would never recommend this hospital, stay away!!
