Was looking to buy a new office chair, something comfy to sit in, and was approached by a rep offering to help. Told him what I was looking for. He asked if I was thinking a lazy boy or an office chair. Jokingly I said Ideally something in between. and he replied that I wouldn t find that here. So we left. You don t want me spending money here, fine by me.

Haven't been back since a very bad experience with who i believe was a manager. Treating her staff very disrespectfully and also very rude to ME as a customer. Haven't gone back, and will never. Also, very very expensive.
Poor service, supposed owner was beligerant and rude. He didn't want to help me at all, poor guy was probably having a bad day. But I'm glad he was, it forced me to look elsewhere - JackPot! I received free photo samples, got free set up, free delivery and I saved over a thousand dollars by nice friendly professionals who know the business. My wide format printer is on its way! Woo hoo!

Very professional, knowledgeable and very quick service! Would highly recommend for both home office and corporate office products. The customer service is really second to none. When you walk into the store, you can't walk more then 10' in without being greeted. You are immediately asked if you need help finding anything. You will NOT be roaming the isles looking for someone to help you that's for sure! The staff really know their products too.
