I recently had service completed on my 2020 - 7X where I worked with Joe (Jose) Fuentes. He is simply, "the best"!!! He took care of me and always kept me up to date on the status of my car. He was easy to get in contact with and I never had any problems, I was able to do everything via text and then I was able to pay my bill online before I arrived back to the service centre to retrieve my auto. That really speeded everything up and I highly recommending him for your next service appointment. His communication and service skills are a true 5 star rating of excellence.
Excellent experience all around. Joe quickly got me into a loaner while my 528i had engine replaced.
the 228i loaner was in immaculate shape with low mileage. And the repair to my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. Joe even had my regular mechanic inspect the vehicle after the repair. All work was found to have been professionally performed. I was quickly back in my car and on the road.
All other staff I encountered was helpful and courteous.
