My son was born on Dec 01 2019 at UCSD hospital. I don t remember exactly, day 2 or 3. A photographer lady came to our room stating that she is taking our son photos for free. Once the photography done, she started telling us the prices. I immediately asked her you just said it s free she replied me yes it s free. But if you want to have them then you have to pay for it. After showing me the packages, I chose one for $165. I was told to receive them within a week. It s been almost a year from today, never received nothing. Today, they sent me an email stating that it s an offer for u and ends soon so hurry up. Ask to pay $79 for digital download only. It really blew out my mind, I was expecting my son photos 11 months ago. Where is my son photos? Why were I charged $165 for ? They are scum, they know how to hunt their victims and how. They mostly target their victims when they birth their babies and so emotional. Never let these mentally sick people to take advantage of people emotion and rip them off. Please stop them.

After using the service twice now I feel you guys hold our little ones pictures hostage asking way to much money for keeping them digital or printing. The first time I took your service was when my wife gave birth to our son I thought it was going to be something special and the price was going to be right. I was wrong about that and was charge almost $500, then I get an email talking about complementary pictures.

I took the pictures because it said I will get a free 8x10 print and some digitals. Joel came in and took the pictures of our son, very professional and I like what he did with the pictures.

Then an appointment was made for the pictures and to my surprise I have to pay for my other pictures. Like I said holding them hostage unless I take a bigger bundle to include all of them. I ended up paying for only 5 and the print was given as digital. It breaks my heart that at a time like this I couldn't get all of my son pictures and was offered bundle to get them. All my other son pictures hold hostage and waiting for us to pay the ransom.

I will never again use this service with any related mom365 or portrait. I will take my own pictures, this was the worst experience that we had gone through. Feeling guilty for not been able to pay for all the pictures of our son due to this times and having to deal with barging and sales of our little one pictures.

If I could rate this services on the negative score I would gladly do so.

I am OUTRAGED on how unprofessional these people are. My son was born in 2017. I have been trying to get in touch with someone since I had him. They were very rude. And wouldn't wait for my sons daddy to get there to take pictures with him they cam in unexpectedly and never let us know to be prepared for this and ill never get that moment back. My sons daddy has since then passed away and they want to charge such expensive prices for the bad customer service and total rudness and for the pictures quality. I'd love to have my sons photos but not at this price.

Been over 2 weeks, still haven't received my $180 packet, they didn't send some pictures in email my wife requested, there is no actual phone number to reach anyone and the tracking number doesn't work. Horrible company don't waste your money

Customer service is very poor. Made a payment for photos of my child 4 months ago and still have not received them yet.

So disappointing that a photography company would take advantage of new moms. I ordered a digital download and actually did get ahold of customer service (miraculously) and they told me they resent the download to my email and texted me.... Guess what- no download is in either. It's just sad when those are the only professional pictures you had taken of your newborn, knowing that you will never be able to get them.

Have not recieved any pictures we paid for in hospital and unable to get a response back . I m so upset . I thought this would be a quicker easy way to get announcements nailed fast

Yelled at us and shoo d us off for using their parking lot to peep this gnarly accident. Horrible service

My daughter got her photo taking when she was born two years ago and since then I haven't received any contact from the emails I've sent. So sad. How am I suppose to get these photos???

Sadly adding another voice to the 1-star reviews seen here. I wish I had checked the reviews first before ordering photos, but since the hospital automatically sent a photographer from this company I figured I could trust them... I paid $90 for digital photos that were supposed to be sent to me within 72 hours. It s now been almost 2 weeks and no photos. No responses to emails and there s no number to call. I checked social media but it seems like they don t care being blasted publicly since they didn t respond to comments others left there either. Since they seem to have contracts with hospitals I guess they can afford scamming people left and right.
