Other than a guy at the bar, we were the first ones there. All the employees I interacted with were pleasant. The whitefish was excellent. I prefer perch, but they had gotten slammed that weekend and were out of it. The carrot cake was very good. The only negative thing about my experience was whatever was being played through the speakers. Many of the songs were raunchy. I heard the F-word numerous times. Otherwise, I would give five stars.

Plenty of taps, mostly Michigan Craft beers. Served from clean taps. The service is great, but at times slow. The taplist is large but not often updated. The food is bar fare, but excellent and with some unique interpretations. The popcorn is free but overly salted.

We only had a couple appetizers, but they were delicious. The servers were nice but very busy with a tour bus that stopped in, so we didn't know if we should wait to be seated or just take a seat, but others told us to take a seat so we just did and then the server came over.

We visited Maloney's on July 14, 2020 with some friends. Tara was our server. We were very happy with the kindness and attention given to us by Tara. We had the Whitefish baskets with crispy french fries and cole slaw. The Whitefish was very good and the french fries were nice and crispy. I always enjoy going to Maloney's when in the Soo. We did not have a long wait for our food.

Best food in the Soo! Moloney's has a wonderful menu and everything we tried was delicious. The brussel sprouts on the appitizer menu are so delicious! They have a honey infused with chili's and it is the perfect amount of sweet heat! Everything is homemade and the staff is very friendly!

In town and ate dinner here. They have a lot of beer choices but my party wasn't too happy with the lighter ales available. I ordered a Guinness which was good as always. I ordered the fish basket which was lightly fried and very good. I thought for $16 it should have had a 3rd peice. The sweet potato fries were ok but a bit over done. The little bit of cole slaw included was very creamy and tasted good but was more dressing than cabbage. Friend got the sauteed fish and it was a very large piece and he said good.

Went here to eat while in town for Engineer's Day and it was a huge mistake! The the service was slow and the waitress was a total c*** about it. Forty five minutes after ordering we still had not received our appetizer. When we questioned our waitress about our food status she was completely unapologetic about it. We then decided to leave. After we left I realized that I had left my hat behind and when I returned to get it this demon waitress refused to give it to me unless we paid for the food (that we never received), she even threatened to call the police on me. Save yourself some vacation-ruining stress and go elsewhere!

Nice restaurant and atmosphere, the food was good, my only complaints and they might be considered petty, but why is there no drink menu on the tables? And when ordering a soft drink, it's bad enough you serve Pepsi products (my opinion) but you should at least also have Dr. Pepper available. There were no salt and pepper shakers on any of the tables, when I found the waitress while searching for one I was told they were all being cleaned and refilled. AT ONCE?!!!!!! By the time I finally got the salt shaker and Pepsi my food was already cold. The hooded sweatshirt you have hanging for sale that has Maloneys Pub on it was cool, if you had those in t-shirts you would have sold one, tourist love stuff like that.

What a great place! Our meal started out with a great waitress named Maggie! Quick to bring us our drinks and food and most importantly checked up on us frequently! The chicken wings were out of this world! Yummy and sloppy! Just a perfect seasoning! The reuben was done perfectly also! Great fries and onion rings too! We sat outside and had a.lovely dinner and evening! We would definitely eat at Moloney's Alley again!

Seriously good food, there's no two-ways about it. The menu isn't just unique, it's well done. It's got a vibe like no other with food that keeps you coming back. Highly recommended.

Very nice Irish Pub with large wide open wearehouse look with brick walls. Great small town family atmosphere for lunch and dinner. Sports bar area and pool table. Friendly prompt service. Great food. In beautiful downtown Sault Ste. Marie. Very walkable near Soo Locks and tourist shops.

Rude people. Restaurant was at capacity but people at the door were not informed of such. Walk in to be seated and everyone ignores you then you get yelled at for coming in while at capacity. Where is the sign saying so? They posted it on the door as we left. Yelled at us all the way out the door. Never sat or ate. Never return.....mean people
