I contacted Molly's in early February 2017 i had to order 13 buckles for a rodeo in March. I was great calling and actually talking to a person not a machine. Of course, I waited 'til the last minute to order our high point buckles, however, Molly's people expedited my order, called me as soon as the artwork was ready for approval, and I received them 4 days before our awards dinner.
