I contacted Molly's in early February 2017 i had to order 13 buckles for a rodeo in March. I was great calling and actually talking to a person not a machine. Within 4 phone conversation my buckles were designed and ready to be made. And within a 2 week period my buckles arrived to my house. 3 weeks earlier then needed. My organization will order ALL of our rodeo buckles from Molly's from now on. THANK YOU
