THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! Their customer service is amongst the best I have ever experienced from any business anywhere and their buckles are works of art. I even had a problem with my buckle's protective sealant being damaged, which was completely my fault because I wear my buckle daily and it gets battered at work, and Molly gifted me a new one which was so generous.

First I was,so very impressed with the lady I talked to placing the order
Then they e mail you with ur approval of the buckle
Then I got an email stating it was being mailed & when to expect it came on that day & also the delivery on my buckle was over 2 weeks early from what was told when ordered it!!
I can't be,happier w/ this beautiful buckle I never expected it this nice due to price!!

Molly's designed a custom made buckle for me, and sent me the artwork, which I approved. It is the most beautiful buckle I have ever owned and is flawless. It looks even better in person than it did in the artwork.

Be afraid. Be very afraid. This company makes no effort to provide decent customer service. Emails and phone calls are seldom returned, you will wait for weeks longer that you were told to, the quality of their work is shoddy at best, and they do not provide adequate details while buying. We bought a buckle thinking it was a smaller than what we received and this company not only lied to cover up their mistake, but then made no effort to fix their mistake after their dishonesty.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Quickly turnaround time and beautifully crafted buckles!

Molly s makes beautiful buckles and has amazing customer service! People at our events are always excited when they find out we are giving these away for our awards!

We placed an oder from Mollys Custom Silver on September 3rd and paid over 2300.00 for custom belt buckles for our awards banquet on November 23rd 2014. These awards were for people that rode their horse all year and qualified to get the award.

When we contacted molly about doing the awards she said to allow 60 days for the buckles to be finished. After working with Molly for 3 weeks she refused to change the design of the buckles and ignored the reqest to do so. we had to tell her that we are past the 60 day mark to get the buckles finished in time for the awards banquet and that we want to cancel our order with her. we never heard back from her for 7 more days at which time she said she was not going to refund the money.

We now have the BBB, attorney generals office and an personal attorney working to resolve the issue but molly refuses to return our calls. she did however manage to write the attorney generals office and state that she has never had any dealings with us what so ever.. but then tells the bank that we have a signed contract with her according to the terms and conditions.. this is not the case at all. when signing up on her web site it ask to agree to tems and conditions. but we ordered over the phone and did all contacts thru email. we have over 50 emails with dates and times. We have bank statements showing her withdrawing money out and charging to mollys cusotm silver.

Her lies in writing to each company show her charater and what type of women and company she is. it saddens me that over 16 people wont be getting buckles that they have earnd and that she claims to give 100% customer satifaction.

Please be careful when ordering from her. it appears she has nice stuff and is a good company but when alot of money is involved she just may take it.. I have yet to see any buckles or money to this date. November 12 2014

Every step was very well done. We were able to view a mock-up of the buckle. When ordered we were able to track the buckle through all facets of production. It is a nice buckle and definitely worth the money paid, we will order from Molly's again.

They have great customer service! They returned my calls and emails in very timely manner and all my expectations were met. I was in a time crunch and they were able to produce my full order in time.

My old man got in a motorcycle wreck and the man that pulled him out of the street while an 18-wheeler was bailing down the highway I ordered him a belt buckle to get him as a gift for doing that seeing how he did not have to explain the situation 2 the customer service representative that answer the phone she put a rush on the order and I got it here sooner than expected the belt buckle itself is better than what I was anticipating it to be I will forever shop with them
