We placed an oder from Mollys Custom Silver on September 3rd and paid over 2300.00 for custom belt buckles for our awards banquet on November 23rd 2014. These awards were for people that rode their horse all year and qualified to get the award.

When we contacted molly about doing the awards she said to allow 60 days for the buckles to be finished. After working with Molly for 3 weeks she refused to change the design of the buckles and ignored the reqest to do so. we had to tell her that we are past the 60 day mark to get the buckles finished in time for the awards banquet and that we want to cancel our order with her. we never heard back from her for 7 more days at which time she said she was not going to refund the money.

We now have the BBB, attorney generals office and an personal attorney working to resolve the issue but molly refuses to return our calls. she did however manage to write the attorney generals office and state that she has never had any dealings with us what so ever.. but then tells the bank that we have a signed contract with her according to the terms and conditions.. this is not the case at all. when signing up on her web site it ask to agree to tems and conditions. but we ordered over the phone and did all contacts thru email. we have over 50 emails with dates and times. We have bank statements showing her withdrawing money out and charging to mollys cusotm silver.

Her lies in writing to each company show her charater and what type of women and company she is. it saddens me that over 16 people wont be getting buckles that they have earnd and that she claims to give 100% customer satifaction.

Please be careful when ordering from her. it appears she has nice stuff and is a good company but when alot of money is involved she just may take it.. I have yet to see any buckles or money to this date. November 12 2014
