I just wanted to leave a review for the Fantastic work done by Sandra and Sandra. They were absolutely awesome. Very quick clean and efficient. Was also a pleasure talking to Nina over the phone she was very professional an accommodating. I would definitely recommend Molly Maid Mississauga Norths cleaning services to anyone looking to get their home cleaned. Thanks again ladies!
They started off decent but the quality deteriorated. There were a few simple requests made that they refused to oblige to citing ridiculous policies they had. When requesting to see a full list of the details of their policy to get an understanding of what is reasonable or not, they did not respond. I have since found a new cleaner that is able to accommodate all requests made. I do NOT recommend anyone going to this specific location.

I found Molly Maid Mississauga North to be excellent service providers for regular residential cleaning. I appreciated their team's attention to detail as well as their promptness and professionalism. Their work was very thorough - they never missed a spot. They treated our family and home with respect by showing up on time, putting things back in place properly and keeping noise and disruption to a minimum. I strongly recommend this Molly Maid Mississauga North for home cleaning.
Requested a detailed clean of the kitchen and regular of bathrooms. The window sills in the kitchen were left untouched with dust and webs on them.. The bathroom bin was not emptied or the toilet seat cleaned thoroughly. Extremely disappointed at the level of service for the price charged. Would rather find help on kijiji.

My fan in one of my bathroom broke. So I had a very dirty bathroom with a lot of moisture and tobacco stains. Nina and her team did an incredible job. The bathroom looks like new! The cost was reasonable. The price for deep cleaning with this company was two hundred percent cheaper in comparison the first quote I attained from a different company. I recommend the cleaners named Monica and Brittany. Will call again.

They broke my window shutters and lied about it. She broke it while we were home and showed us how she broke it, but when we called, the owner denied it completely . We had to go back and forth on the phone for a long time and it got nasty and absolutely no where. Finally, we had to contact the franchise in order for them to react. They finally reimbursed me 100$, but quite honestly, the money wasn't a factor. It was the stress of having someone who lies over and over again and won't own up to their mistakes. Needless to say it was a very frustrating experience. It scarred me so much I haven't ordered a cleaning service since.
Also- In the initial phone call, they asked what I needed cleaning, I told them my windows. The windows were left completely untouched. They denied and denied, until I sent in pictures that clearly showcase the windows. Their response was to cheerfully offered me an extra hour of cleaning .... for an additional $100!! Lol totally ridiculous. Bad bad experience.
We are new to Mississauga. We were interested in cleaning services for our 2 bedroom apartment as we have limited time to clean and are unable to do a good job. I had very good experiences with Molly Maid in Vancouver, BC back in 2011. I contacted Nina at Molly Maid Mississauga North for an estimate. My initial contact with her was very pleasant. She is very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was very accommodating. She sent me an excellent cleaning team, Jordan and Annette. Jordan and Annette were nice, friendly, experienced and easy to communicate with (in English). They used environmentally friendly 'green' products which I prefer. 90 minutes later they were done and my apartment was sparkling clean. I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs. I will book Jordan and Annette on a regular basis. Thank you again!
