They broke my window shutters and lied about it. She broke it while we were home and showed us how she broke it, but when we called, the owner denied it completely . We had to go back and forth on the phone for a long time and it got nasty and absolutely no where. Finally, we had to contact the franchise in order for them to react. They finally reimbursed me 100$, but quite honestly, the money wasn't a factor. It was the stress of having someone who lies over and over again and won't own up to their mistakes. Needless to say it was a very frustrating experience. It scarred me so much I haven't ordered a cleaning service since.
Also- In the initial phone call, they asked what I needed cleaning, I told them my windows. The windows were left completely untouched. They denied and denied, until I sent in pictures that clearly showcase the windows. Their response was to cheerfully offered me an extra hour of cleaning .... for an additional $100!! Lol totally ridiculous. Bad bad experience.
