Very interesting location. They operate out of a building that was previously a Bank. Talk about a secure server closet! ;) Great people! Easy to work with. Just a little on the pricey side... but worth it, I think.
Just moved from the city out here and I have to say molalla communications has been the easiest set up ! I was originally told we had to wait 2 days till we could have it internet set up . I called the next day and asked if there was any way I could get it done today. My family are huge blazer fans and wanted to watch the game tonight . They got someone out in less than a hour ! I can t remebere the name of the gentlemen who came out older guy. Very nice and helpful ! Amazing customer service!!!!! ( I really wish I remembered his name ) .. however. Thank you for getting us all set up and ready ! Coming from 6 years of using Comcast I m blown away of the great customer service with this company !!!!
Customer for 13+yrs the first time I lived in Molalla then another 12+yrs to present on return a couple quirks here and there but out of my 50+yrs of dealing with utility companies they have been one of the better. Before I moved back to Molalla I had contact with there tech department requesting information on their progress in Internet works since I had kids still living here and wanted to keep up my ways of communication. After 7.5yrs with THE COMPUTER EXCHANGE in Corvallis, OR. and 25yrs Computer Experience I was talked into opening a Computer repair service in Molalla. I am happy to say Molalla Phone Company has stayed ahead of the curve in Internet provided service. Yes there have been issues over the years but most were misunderstandings between tech and or operators on how this new technology works. Forced to retire early due to health reasons I had enjoyed providing help and service between Molalla customers at PC-ROCK computer shop for over 10yrs.
A ONE of a kind experience. From the beginning I filled out the request online which took about 30 seconds to fill, received a call with in 3 minutes from a representative named Erick. Who listened to me complain about the worst experience ever with Wave Broadband, knowing he didn't need to. They accommodated to my work schedule and I was able to pick up my router the next day after hours and got quick friendly service at pick up. Had a little hiccup, called in the next day and a representative named Hannah advised me on how to fix it when I got home and gave me an after hours number I could call if I had an issue. When I got home I called back in and Zack helped me fix it. Turned out I had just plugged it in wrong. 2 days later it is working great and we are loving the streaming. 4 days later I received a call from Zack who was just checking in to make sure I was happy and my internet was working how it should be. I'm new in town and I was a customer of Comcast/Xfinity for 12 years, never did I experience this type of service. Thank you Molalla Communications for the help and the great friendly service.

There s absolutely no reason why anyone in our area should choose a different internet service provider.

Poor service, inconstant speeds. If Molalla Communications didn't have a monopoly over its town I would 150% sure go elsewhere. Hate is a strong word. But I Hate! MCC.

Worst internet I've ever came across in my life. If you have a choice don't waste your money and go elsewhere. It gets frustrating when you cant even watch a simple youtube video
Called because our internet was connected but not working. Wait time was less then 3 minutes the customer service representative tried trouble shooting over the phone and when he couldn't get it to work they sent someone out. The guy came out within 20 minutes and fixed the problem within a few minutes. This all happened after 6:30 at night. All I can say is this was amazing customer service.

The Best ever i wish there would be more choices for packages for fiberoptic. I mean u cant get a 1000 mb up and download anywhere in the united states for 100 dollars or even get lucky go get a speed like that anywhere in the us. They have great customer service and never had a problem my whole life in molalla and grew up since i was a kid here. I dont know what are all these negative comments are about but i just think its crazy to hear about them. These people do not know what there talking about on these negative comments. Only thing i would like to see is more of a choice for packages for fiber optic. They go from 10 megs to 125 and 1000 i mean space them out more and give people more of a choice and spread them out with diffrent prices as well. Thats the only thing i do not understand. Anyways Great service molalla communications your the best ever!!! But please spread out your speed packages then just 3 choices for your fiber and give customers more of a a choice with speeds and prices.
