A ONE of a kind experience. From the beginning I filled out the request online which took about 30 seconds to fill, received a call with in 3 minutes from a representative named Erick. Who listened to me complain about the worst experience ever with Wave Broadband, knowing he didn't need to. They accommodated to my work schedule and I was able to pick up my router the next day after hours and got quick friendly service at pick up. Had a little hiccup, called in the next day and a representative named Hannah advised me on how to fix it when I got home and gave me an after hours number I could call if I had an issue. When I got home I called back in and Zack helped me fix it. Turned out I had just plugged it in wrong. 2 days later it is working great and we are loving the streaming. 4 days later I received a call from Zack who was just checking in to make sure I was happy and my internet was working how it should be. I'm new in town and I was a customer of Comcast/Xfinity for 12 years, never did I experience this type of service. Thank you Molalla Communications for the help and the great friendly service.
