Something expensive and the pictures are not super super

Ok pictures but a lousy service !!!!!
I am writing to them if they are cute, to send the pictures home to us as my daughter has since moved to school but this could not be done !!!! Total poor service !!!! Not a place I shop again.

Had looked forward to good pictures instead of "industry" Danish School Photo ...

Asked for retouching of my son's front teeth (slightly yellow front teeth after "free coke bar" 3 weeks during the summer vacation) - no problems, just paid $ 5 extra ... Got photos of my son who was pale-pale in the head (they was taken shortly after 3 weeks in Rhodes, so pale he was not), and teeth that were more yellow than his own !!!!!!!

Sent back (which they apparently did not receive), and today - 2 months after, received pictures of my son with a nice natural color on the face, but with 2 sugar lumps that burn ... !!!! At the same time they are sending another class picture, as well as a bill for this, the deal was only the portrait pictures. As well as the best picture of my son, half of his head was cut off .... Simply SO amateurish ..... If you want to enter the market, you must really be up .....

PS: You get my pictures back - can even take better pictures of him with my phone !!!!

A bit of a hassle with the website .. otherwise clear

Did not receive any picture, our boy was sick when the picture was taken. Have talked to their "customer service" several times saying that they will get it in their system.
After which they send reminders again and again etc and in their letters write that they will send the case to debt collection. Worst company I have ever experienced. AND AS I SAID: WE DID NOT EVEN GET THE PHOTO

Poor treatment after I sent back all the pictures I got a bill (amount owed), what? Then I called them immediately "out of work" so I called again Monday at noon "out of work".

Bad angles are taken from the pictures, not at all satisfactory.

They conclude that but do not necessarily have time to send the pictures back. Then we get billed and rematch for something we haven't even received. The gun is out of control and hopefully our institution will use another supplier when we have told them about our progress. Not recommended!

Poor service has only gotten shaken even though it is paid

I'm shocked!
Today received a collection case on pictures I have never received.
I spoke with customer service several times immediately after the shooting. No sample images were found on the website. When contacted by customer service, they could not FIND the images themselves in their system. We were offered a reprint on their premises - which we have never used.

Can't describe my disdain ....

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very poor service !!!
I ordered pictures yesterday, and already today pictures came by mail, and they are pictures that I have not ordered. When you call and ask how can it be that they send pictures before we have ordered something, you get the answer that you are welcome to send pictures back. Of course, at his own expense :(
What nonsense and not a credible company at all. Can rather not understand schools that they continue to cooperate with them.

At the end of 2019 my daughter had a photo session at school. I paid tight after receiving the photo, 90kr. We moved out. Today, in March 2020 I received a PayEx invoice for nearly 800kr saying that I have a debt. The company never contacted me personally. I was put into financial debt company for no reason. Avoid it widely as they do not have a good contact and you never know what they would charge you for. The school will be informed of this too not to use it any more. Terrible practice!!!

Your website says that you open at 9am and your answering machine indicates that you have to look here. But when I call after 9am there are still answering machines on. I called to complain about another class photo and charge being sent, though I received one earlier and also paid this ... maybe your stuff is not completely controlled.

Beautiful passport photos in good quality and reasonable prices compared to copenhagen

It is very thoughtful that the company sends out reminder fees 5 months after the payment card was paid (more than a week before the deadline).

It is even more thought-provoking that the same thing seems to be happening to more parents in the class!

But it's a nice little extra business if only a few percent pay once more. :-(

Even if you have paid the bill. There are jerks from them.

There is no control over anything at all with them. Can in any way recommend them to anyone at all.

Even boring photos, others take good natural photos - these are not bad pictures, but simply out of date. And in the absence of choices, the school is forced to use them ...

Bad since I paid cleaning 20 / 11-2017 comes a jerk January with I did not pay for the pictures.

I on 20/11-2017 was over with the pictures that are not to be used and paid on the spot with dankort I have called today's date and have told the situation also says the lady I talked to you can ignore I arrange it together .

Quality is good but the price is a little pricey.
All in all good service.

Although they were nice, they are not professional and do not take "passport" photo's seriously. I wasted 179 DKK because the picture was not even close to being the proper dimensions. DO NOT GO THERE!
