I am a Modern Value Plan Member and Service Technician Alva Williams arrived to conduct a 10 point inspection. He was very thorough and professional. He annotated areas of concern - nothing urgent (happy to report) but things that I may want to consider addressing at a later date. I appreciated his work and attention to detail.

I had a few plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Plumber David Nieves came to my home and helped me understand exactly what needed to be done. The work was done expertly and for the exact price I was quoted. Now I feel like I m living in a brand new house and all of the little problems have been fixed! Yay! The receptionist is very nice and helpful, too, which makes calling for an appointment so very easy. Highly recommend!

Over the years, I have searched for a good, reliable plumber who can be there in a timely manner. Modern Plumbing is that company. I had a pipe leak and had to shut off my water to the house. Alva was dispatched to my home the morning I called. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He did a thorough search to find the root of the problem, discussed with me my options and provided me with a reasonable estimate. I would definitely use this company again and specifically request Alva to do the work.

I ve had very consistent experiences with Modern Plumbing, including several job types done by their various plumbers. They were all competent and did a thorough job. The communication is excellent as well from service scheduling, letting you know when they are arriving. Pricing is fair to the job based on my experiences as well. Highly recommend their services!

Alva with Modern Plumbing has been great to work with, he arrived on time, was courteous and explained the process on what our project needed. He uncovered a few things along the way and educated me the entire time. He did a thorough inspection and gave us options on what we could do. Doug was excellent. He helped us find a properly sized kitchen sink as the one we purchased would not fit. A quick trip to a big box store and now we have a wonderful new kitchen sink! He did numerous other installs and everything was done in the most professional manner. Modern is lucky to have him on board.

From my first conversation on the phone with Modern Plumbing, I was impressed. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and knowledgeable. They had hot water heaters on the truck and did my install the same day. I am very pleased with my service and install. I will definitely use them again for anything plumbing.

i have used modern plumbing for many small plumbing jobs in the past, always with great results! modern plumbing just finished repiping our 2 story house from poly b pipe to cpvc pipe. i read an article that said insurance companies are starting to do plumbing inspections before your homeowners insurance renews. and most (if not all) will not renew your policy if you have poly b pipe. i decided to be proactive and get the house repiped. i got quotes from 4 companies. i chose modern plumbing because of the quality of work they have done for me in the past. all i can say is they are professional all the way. taylor, rusty and their plumbing crew were fantastic. it was a complicated job and we were informed every day as to what was being done and why it was being done. it was amazing. they cleaned up every day. when the repipe was done, modern plumbing had the sheet rock and texture contractor come in to fix all of the holes that were necessary for the repipe. when he came to our house i told him that i was very picky about the work that i can see. he replied I am picky too. in short i know why modern plumbing uses aron mcgraddy for the sheet rock and texture. he is extremely, i repeat extremely good. i would give modern plumbing and aron 10 stars if i could

Jose was great, he was able to camera and inspect the entire sanitary sewer system under the slab of our house and even identified the specific locations where there were some slight dips in the main line. This has enabled us to have the original plumber come back out and fix the issues while minimizing the area of slab that had to be cut open and replaced. Money well spent and overall a great team to work with.
