I am a Modern Value Plan Member and Service Technician Alva Williams arrived to conduct a 10 point inspection. He was very thorough and professional. He annotated areas of concern - nothing urgent (happy to report) but things that I may want to consider addressing at a later date. I appreciated his work and attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Modern Plumbing (and have already done so).
