If your a building manager or owner give them a call they are great to deal with and had my heat back on in under and hour....

Modern Niagara was referred to me by a friend on Friday, July 6. My central air unit quit working so I reached out to Modern niagara as they were local. I left voice mails starting at 9:03 a.m (July 6) and even called back to speak to receptionist to ensure someone was in the office to return my call. The receptionist was wonderful, assured me ML was in the office that day (as Jessica was away) and that she will return my call and that the company would take care of me. Well, as of today, July 11th, I have not heard from ML or anyone from the company which led me to contact someone else for my business. Very dissatisfied with a local company.

Very late paying their subs.

They start paying at 60 days billed, by the time you get your invoice paid its over three months late.

I had an excellent experience getting my condominium hvac fixed with Jordan. I highly recommend them for condo units as most companies in Ottawa don t deal with condominiums.

Worked all year and never was invited to the xmas party.
