I ordered a pair of Shoes online on the 15th Octob...
I ordered a pair of Shoes online on the 15th October, due to be delivered on the 20th October. I am still waiting. I have called on numerous occasions, only to be greeted by a message stating that they are unable to answer their customer service line due to high demand of calls. The quickest method appears to be via email. I have emailed four times with no reply.
What do I do to get them to acknowledge my issue?
